Часто бываю в Пскове по делам и раньше всегда останавливалась во "Дворе Подзноева", но из-за хамства тамошних сотрудников решила поменять отель. "Покровский" очень понравился. Номера комфортные, чистые, персонал любезный. Приятная спа-зона, хотя для меня маловат размер бассейна (10х4 м). Особого упоминания заслуживает ресторан. Богатый и разнообразный шведский стол на завтрак, и очень вкусная еда в остальное время работы ресторана. Из недостатков - отель находится на оживленной улице, из-за чего днем в номере слышен шум машин. Ночью, к счастью, было тихо.

В целом отличный отель! Хорошая зона СПА, один из лучших, на моей памяти, хаммамов. Высокая клиентоориентированность - заселение в 15:00, нас поселили в 13:30. Отелю больше 4 лет, но он и не уставший, всё поддерживается на должном уровне. Если лить ложку дёгтя, то только по поводу организации завтраков. Мы пришли на завтрак к 9:30, но нас просили подождать, поскольку все столы были заняты. Пришлось ждать 10 мин. Поэтому тем, кто берет экскурсии или рассчитывает своё время с учётом завтрака, следует принять во внимание этот факт. Сами завтраки вполне приличные, разве что мне лично не хватило горчицы)))

Очень хорошо расположенный отель, недалеко от Поганкиных палат. Очень вкусная еда в ресторане отеля. Стабильный wi-fi в номерах. По набережной можно прогуляться до Кремля.

Хороший отель, номер понравился, завтрак приличный, рядом замечательный ресторан, персонал в спа несколько бестактно оценивает состояние гостей и делает замечания не там, где уместно
