Nammos Sunset

Been back here year after year everything perfect as always place is spotless everything you need at your fingertips nothing is too much trouble husband has mobility issues and they transport him up and down to ferry back again next year

Amazing location and super nice room. Super helpful with letting me check in directly I arrived in Pserimos and that I didn't have to leave the room before the ferry left again. I will most definitely be back again!

Booked for 3 night stay for our 40th anniversary we requested a ground floor sea view but we're give a first floor box,it was functional to a point however it was misrepresented on there website proclaiming wine ,fruit basket,robes and slippers all included not one of these were present on our visit I am sure it's against the law to miss advertise when selling services. Anyway maybe the seaview would make up for it fat chance no outside table,chairs present plus outside your box is the main thoroughfare no place to sit and enjoy the sea view. The beach is great before 11am and after 5pm when the thousands of daytrippers have gone and you can enjoy this paradise Island.Sunbeds were limited unless you had a ground floor room no such a thing for your first floor box,you had to get up early to comendere one others were used by locals and people camping overnight.To be honest two nights would have been enough for us but the hotel booking policy was minimum 3 nights stay next time I will bring a tent and save myself £300. I intend to go legal on the matter of misrepresentation a make a section 75 claim in line with the sale of goods and services act. We did complain on site to the manager and were mislead again when a compensation offer was made to us leaving a local restaurant out of pocket shame on you H Hotels we thought you were better than this😢😢😢

Honest review of our recent stay . Minimum stay three nights was far too long for this very basic accomodation. No tea /coffee, no bottle of water. Two mugs ,two knives ,two forks etc. Very minimal provision for self catering. Booked through HHotels which stated beach towels, bottle of wine and fruit on arrival plus bathrobes and slippers. None of these are provided. This description now taken down. Spoke to representative, sensitive to our needs but no resolution until day before departure.Unhappy as also had a celebration head office did not acknowledge. Offered three course meal at nearby resteraunt, including drinks,no restrictions mentioned . Went to resteraunt and explained before meal that we had a table booked by HHotels. They too didnot no of any restriction. Ordered a salad to share a main meal to share and two chocolate cake plus wine and a couple of beers. Shortly before departing pseramos visited resteraunt to be told that they had been informed that HHotels would only pay them a percentage of the bill. We therefore had to pay the outstanding amount. We did this so that the owner was not out of pocket but very bad behaviour by HHotels. We were given an upstairs seaview room dispute request for downstairs accommodation as I have mobility problems.They cost the same as the downstairs ground floor room but these have no outside space or window. Downstairs have a large patio area two sunbeds an umbrella and a table and chairs. The upstairs accommodation should be discounted as it is a communal walkway with nowhere to sit Obviously nowhere to store sunbeds etc. All downstairs accommodation have sunbeds which they can pull out onto beach,but some don't and use the ones already out on beach for residents . In total 7 sunbeds on beach. This equates to one sunbed for each of the 7 upstairs rooms that sleep at least two people. No storage facility for these. When sixteen boats come in to the island each day taking 250 passengers these are taken by none residents and they are almost sat on top of you. They came on the beach for days use the sunbeds to sleep on and put hammocks so close to you it is unbearable. 100 euro per night . Very overpriced. HHotels also have another complex on pseramos ,you can use the pool and the bar but you cannot use the sunbeds even if they are all empty.It is policed by staff.Very much a second class citizen at the nammos sunset.

We were expecting to stay in a ground floor room This could have been easily accommodated as there was a room free for the whole of our stay However when we enquired we were met with a negative response

We arrive on Pserimos without having booked any accommodation having travelled on a service boat from Kos on arrival at the island we fortunately came across a young lady who was meeting guests off the same boat she asked if we wanted accommodation thankfully she had 1 apartment vacant which we rented for the night. Most people do a day trip to the island but we wanted to see what it was like in the evening once all the the day trippers had left. The apartment was new, very modern and had a fabulous large comfortable bed with good quality bedding and pillows, there was a kettle and fridge which enabled us to make make a hot drink in the morning. Our apartment was on the ground floor to the side of the building it only had a small window which was high up and the front door had a glass panel, I wish we had know about these apartments prior to our visit so we could have booked a upstairs apartment with a balcony and a view over the fabulous beach. We loved Pserimos if we get the chance to return i would definitely stay here again..
