My own experience didn't match the good ratings the property has achieved. I experienced very poor service, with no understanding and lack of long term thinking. I am sorry I let myself fooled by the good ratings, because the interactions with the owners was totally the opposite

Stayed here for one night en route to Salzburg. Very warm welcome from the manager who was very helpful and showed us to our room. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with access to a patio area with a lovely view of the mountains. We used the restaurant on the evening, the food was good and the service great. Breakfast had a variety of choices but the cooked food not to English tastes I think, but that's to be expected. There was no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but if we'd stayed longer we'd have asked and I'm sure they would have accommodated us someway. Would definitely stay again.

A mio avviso Hotel da massimo 2 stelle, gli spazi comuni sono belli ma le camere sono datate e non certo da 4 stelle, prezzo troppo alto per i servizi offerti, se fai solo 2 notti paghi la maggiorazione ma non ti danno gli accappatoi, zona saune appena accettabile ma datata, piscina esterna freddina, giardino trascurato. Tutto a pagamento persino un calcetto per i bambini posizionato in una sala. Cucina a mio avviso non buona, avevamo chiesto un piatto in più per il bimbo di antipasto da adulti al posto di quello da bambini (zuppa di broccolo) e non ci e' stato portato. Colazione misera e senza varietà, inoltre finivano le pietanze e non venivano aggiunte se non dopo molto tempo, mettevano 5 pezzi di pancetta alla volta. Zona non carina. Lo sconsiglio, troppo caro.

Onze laatste avond van een geweldige skivakantie verdiende een mooie uitsmijter. Het restaurant van hotel Post leek ons een goede keuze en we kregen geen spijt. Vriendelijke bediening, heerlijke gerechten uit de keuken en redelijk betaalbaar. De verse forel filets zijn een aanrader!

Das Hotel Post in Prutz kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden. Wir waren mit der Unterkunft und auch dem Frühstück in jeder Hinsicht voll zufrieden. Die Zufahrt war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuchs im Juli 22 wegen Straßenbauarbeiten etwas erschwert.

Das Pesonal ist top, sehr freundlich unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet geht unter dem Motto „klein aber fein“ Das Abendessen ist ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer sind nicht riesig aber sauber und frisch renoviert. Ein Pluspunkt ist der coole Pool, der Skiraum und die guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Skigebite Fendel und Fiss Ladis Serfaus sind schnell erreichbar. Sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis

Unsere Erfahrung nach hat der Aufenthalt alles übertroffen. Statt 3 Tage Aufenthalt wurden es 5 Tage. Das sagt eigentlich alles. Service ausgezeichnet. Sowie das Zimmer für Motorradfahren optimal. Kann eigentlich gar nichts sagen was uns dort nicht so gefallen hat. Ich komme dorthin sicher wieder

Sehr schöne neue Zimmer. Im Hotel alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Angenehmer Aussenpool. Saunalandschaft. Sehr gepflegt. Freundliches Servicepersonal. Frühstücksbuffet unspektakulär. Optisch nicht ansprechend, ebenso wie das Salatbuffet…. Bessere Präsentation würde alles aufwerten. Ansonsten ist das Essen sehr schmackhaft.
