The hygiene is really poor. There are yellow fluff everywhere on the bath towels and bathroom. The air conditioner is extremely noisy (probably related to the internal unit of the air conditioner). The sound insulation is also poor, but the location is not bad.

Unfriendly staff, the room was dirty, dust & cob web under bed lamp, not vacuumed throughly , see through curtain had what it looked like food or dried up vomit, left darkening curtain hem torn and hanging, white paint or spackle on the wall by bed, No toilet paper or tissue, phone didn't work (unable to call front desk). We felt that management or owner doesn't want people to come back. Awful experience. Property has potential, needs major update.

Five stars for the Ecuadorian girl at the front desk. Five stars. Everything else, from the old wiring to the nonworking fridge, lack of outlets, hair goblins still on the shower walls, (yes I’m serious), service not replacing soaps during clean up, springy beds, a heater that smelled like someone pissed in it, the black mold ceiling in the pool room and NO, they didn’t replace the fridge. Lost me about $20 in groceries thanks to that. And they require a $100 deposit to check in after they already received payment on the booking.

Room was dirty, room had a terrible odor. Things were broken off the sink area. Hair dryer did not work, I had to call the front for one. Beds were not queen size, they were fullsize. Front desk was extremely rude at check in. Key did not open the door properly. Absolutely no water pressure. I would never book there again.

there needed to be few repairs to facilities in the room, but it was clean. there was not a box of tissue in the dispenser beneath sink

Homeless people sneak in here a lot, that was my experience. At 4:00 AM I was awoken to a man screaming in the hallway. It lasted for several minutes. I called the front desk and they called the cops. 30 minutes later the screaming finally stopped. The front desk told me it was a homeless man and my friends told me they had the same experience here before. Also, my comforter had stains on it, baseboards missing, carpet severely fraying, and dirty, cracked tile. I would never ever stay here again. Also, the only things offered for breakfast were cheap breads and a couple yogurts and cereal. No eggs, meat, or fruit.

The area is charming. The property is quite rundown and the bathroom was barely adequate. The beds were comfortable and clean. The pool amd hot tub were clean.

The property smelled heavily of oriental food being cooked in the upper level.. There was no restaurant on-site the food was being cooked in rooms with the doors wide open as it is. There residents of the people who own and run the property..

Where to even start with this property. It’s old and outdated and has not been renovated at all. The keys for the doors took 5 minutes to work after trying every single way to get them to work just to avoid going back to the front counter. The building are all separate and all doors say “use key for entry.” None of those door were ever locked. The facility was falling apart. Literally ceilings falling down in the pool room. No towels at the pool, or phone to call the lobby. Windows locked in the open position when it’s 10 degrees outside because there is no air flow. Cold are coming in to continue to make it more steamy so it makes matters worse as the ceiling falls down and water drips from everywhere. Our rooms were falling apart. Holes on the wall, patched but never painted. Faucets just spun around and around and weren’t easy to figure out how to get hot or cold water. Door knobs were the same, falling off or just spun around and around and didn’t know if the door was locked or shut. The mattresses were harder than the floor. Would’ve been better sleeping in my car to be honest. Breakfast was only to every type of grain possible.. bagels, toast, muffins, cereal, waffles, oatmeal… but not a single ounce of protein, or fruits. List can go on and on.

Pool and Hot tub were nice. Liked that it was pet friendly. The shower knob was very hard to turn on and off. The shower had used soap and shampoo bottle in it.

My room was very dirty. The soap used by the previous tenant was still in the shower, and there was hair on the bathroom floor. The vent cover on the Heater/Ac was missing and it was very dirty underneath it. The office chair was broken so it leaned to one side. The breakfast was quite special; coffee, cereal, toast, and bagels.....that's it. The Hot tub was decent, however when you turn the jets on they blast ice cold water for the first 30 seconds or so. It does start to warm up after that but the pool is quite cool for a bit. The bed was harder than my liking but that is probably personal preference. I have definitely stayed in worse hotels than this but it's definitely towards the bottom of the list for me.
