The common spaces were very comfortable and welcoming. The included breakfasts were delicious. We had our breakfasts in the common area and it was a great opportunity to interact with the other guests and the two hosts. Both hosts were attentive and very responsive. Greg was so engaging, funny and he readily shared recommendations for both Provincetown and Boston, where we were headed next. He really made our stay enjoyable and we felt we had a new friend! Although the room was described to us in advance, not until all three of us, and our luggage, were in there did we realize how small the room really was. There was nowhere to sit other than on our beds. It was not comfortable to spend any time in the room other than sleeping. Overall, we highly recommend The White Porch Inn!

My husband & I were planning a trip to PTown for Pride 2024. I searched for the best place to stay. Came across The White Porch Inn. The decor was spot on. Wanted a place to meet new people for different places & their porch atmosphere was perfect for it. Every evening at 5pm it was wine on the porch. This was absolutely perfect!! We loved the B&B aspect of the place. The breakfast was from the in town Portuguese Bakery which was delicious. The rooms were beautiful & just like the website stated. We staying the Hatches Harbor Penthouse AKA the “Cher” room when she stayed there. It is one of the few places in PTown that has a rooftop deck with beautiful views of the town. Very spacious room with a private restroom. The owner Tom was there & it was wonderful to meet him. He was a great host! Greg the manager of the B&B was super nice, friendly & very easy to assist in anything we needed. I want to thank them both for a wonderful Pride/Anniversary Vacation to Provincetown, MS. This was our 4th visit to the town but our 1st to actually stay & I can’t wait to return. We would definitely stay there again.

My daughter and I try to plan a trip to Martha's Vineyard every year. This year we decided to stay a day on the Cape to add to our East Coast experience. Never having stayed on the Cape before, I just stumbled upon the White Porch Inn through my on-line research. The reviews looked good and the pictures looked great. I booked the carriage house for one night (with a parking spot). Due to significant flight delays, we did not get to Provincetown until nearly 10pm. I was in text contact with Greg who assured me that my check in would be smooth and parking spot secure. He explained how to check in after hours and was extremely responsive to my text messages. When we arrived, ten hours past our scheduled arrival, Greg actually greeted us (we were not expecting anyone to actually check us in) and helped us park the car. I had never met Greg before, only communicated with him through text and email. However, when we met, I felt like we were friends. He must have seen the stress of an awful travel day on my face because he offered me a hug. :) Greg helped us get to our room which was impeccably clean and extremely comfortable. The next morning we enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the porch and unfortunately had to leave shortly thereafter. Even though we were at the White Porch in for about 12 hours, I felt extremely welcome and very comfortable. I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff is. Very responsive. My only regret is that we were not able to stay longer. Rebecca and M.

Staying here was one of the best decisions we made on a 16 day trip through New England. Our host, Greg, was warm and welcoming and offered wonderful suggestions for food and drink in the area. The Inn is close to everything we wanted to see--we walked everywhere. Guests fill out a breakfast order each day for the following morning--you can build your own breakfast sandwich (choice of bread, meat or substitute, and cheese. I highly recommend the brioche!) Everything we tried was delicious. We stayed in the Herring Cove room. It's small, but had everything we needed and more. Our room and the common areas were immaculately maintained and homey. Plus, we had our own separate entrance and private outdoor area. P'town stole our hearts, and The White Porch Inn perfectly represented the area's friendly and inclusive atmosphere. We hope to return someday soon. If you're driving, be sure to reserve parking well in advance.

A warm welcome and a team of incredibly friendly and charming staff. The Inn is clean, delightfully decorated and comfortable. We had a peaceful nights sleep but the room was small and not much room to move around in - we stayed in The Three Sisters Room. The en-suite was small too, the shower cubicle in particular was really tight. What made this more challenging was the fact that the shower head could not be adapted to direct the water downwards so it was hard to move to get a good overall spray of water. No hose and head available in cubicle. The air conditioning was superb and the internal temperature always comfortable. The staff were all really pleasant and helped make us feel super welcome, especially at happy hour on the porch each day at 5pm. We wish there was a home prepared or cooked breakfast offering, we really disliked the continental bagged breakfast they served - we’re not used to this and the take-away style of breakfast there. We would recommend this place - a proper breakfast and more space would help meet expectations based on the price paid.

The White Porch Inn is a magical place in a beautiful location - walking distance from the beach, cafes, restaurants, and great shops. We were made to feel incredibly welcome by the property owner (Tom) and by the manager Greg and all the team. The Inn feels like a home away from home. In addition to a well appointed, sun-lit filled room, you have access to a communal dining room, lounge and kitchen. All the staff were super friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful in providing tips on everything from where to hire bikes, where to eat and catch a show. One of the highlights of our stay was the drinks on the porch each night - it provided a chance to relax and speak to other guests from across the US and overseas. Provincetown in the summer is an incredible place to visit - made even more special by the warm hospitality experienced at the White Porch Inn. Thanks to Tom and all the team. We can’t wait to come back

Love white porch inn. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They have a happy hour on the porch with some beautiful wines and we always meet such interesting people from all over the country. So much better than an impersonal hotel experience.
