Inn at Cook Street

Lovely accommodations, charming, light, and airy. The hospitality offered by the host, Spencer, was exceptional. Breakfast offered in the morning was creative and nutritious. The court area which includes a koi pond is like being in a secret garden. Though my sister and I were there for an overnight only, it was a delightful experience. Returning for a longer visit is definitely on our bucket list.

I could not have dreamed up a more perfect inn to stay at on our trip to P-Town! The most quaint inn with the most welcoming owners. Breakfast every morning was absolutely 5 stars. I cannot wait to come back here.

Delightful stay at the Inn at Cook Street. Superb hospitality from Dustin and Spencer. We had the best breakfasts of our trip. We appreciated being able to check in after the usual hours as we travelled on the last fast ferry. The Inn is very convenient for access to Provincetown and is ideal if you don't have your own transport. Being able to relax in the garden after a hot day wandering around was wonderful.

Perfect little B&B in Ptown. Spencer and Dustin and Tallulah are wonderful. From being welcomed with chocolate chip cookies to the amazing coursed breakfasts all the food is a real treat. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for a long weekend in Provincetown. Loved that there were water bottles in a mini fridge in each room that you could swap out—very thoughtful. We had access to a cute little shared patio on the 2nd floor where we ended up most nights. Location is great. A bit away from the action on Commercial Street but that's a good thing, a very short walk to shops and cafes on the East End.

Super happy at The Inn at Cook Street. I stayed in the Studio Cottage and it was roomy, had a nice vibe, clean and cute. The daily breakfasts were exceptional and the owners and staff were great in every way!

If you are looking for a wonderful bed and breakfast in Provincetown, please check out the Inn at Cook Street. I wish I had taken more pics of the actual room that we stayed in. It was called “Retreat” and it was spacious, private, beautifully appointed. The bed was cozy and there was a private deck that looked over their Koi pond and what looks like an amazing backyard to hang out in on a warm summer evening. We came in December and it did not disappoint. But…the breakfast…omg. Dustin, one of the Innkeepers, is an amazing chef. We had delicious coffee, the best scone I have ever eaten in my life…still warm with huge chocolate chunks. Overnight oats in coconut milk, topped with fresh berries in a chilled glass, and scrambled eggs on toast, topped with a garlicky pesto. Best breakfast in town, hands down. If you are lucky, you will be greeted upon arrival by a sweet, tiny dog named Tallulah. She was the sweetest thing. Innkeepers contacted me within minutes of booking, asking if we had any questions or needed any recommendations for our time there. Dustin recommended a florist in town and helped me had flowers waiting for my wife upon our arrival to our room. A great overall experience. We will definitely return.

This property is gorgeous in all regards, located on the quieter east end of P-town, yet a short walk to the center of Commercial Street with all of its shops, art galleries, restaurants, small grocery/wine markets, etc. The proprietors, Spencer and Dustin, are extremely attentive and go to great efforts to make every single guest feel like a valued guest. Anything one might need for any special needs was always addressed right away. The main house and guest rooms are immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The refrigerator in our room was a welcome surprise as were the complimentary house- bottled water bottles provided daily. They put a lot of thought into the room’s touches, from corkscrew, wine glasses, Kurig coffee maker with pods, coffee mugs, sound conditioner for bedroom, toiletries, extra blankets and pillows in the closet, an umbrella and more. The backyard is very relaxing and welcoming, with beautiful gardens, a koi water pond with its soothing burbling sound helps one really get into chillaxing. We enjoyed their ultra friendly small dog Tallulah, who is also very well trained. Finally and not least: the breakfasts are incredible. One might expect the standard b&b fare of a help-yourself small buffet of fruits, muffins, cereals. However, Dustin plans an incredible course with a variety of homemade cooked breakfast each morning that is always healthy and exceptionally tasty. Enjoy the delicious coffee and the locally sourced Cape Cod cranberry juice. We hope to return again soon.

We were so excited to stay here for a few days. Such a beautiful inn with a great location within walking distance of most things. The hosts, Spencer and Fustin, couldn't be more wonderful. From our first call, we felt so welcomed. We had a lovely suite with a sitting area with TV, king size bed and bathroom. Lots of space to get comfortable and there are also many outdoor areas to relax in. There is outdoor seating, dining, and even a koi pond. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and there is even on-site parking. Breakfast is fabulous and has spoiled us for any future travels. Hot coffee, fresh local cranberry juice, and the multi course breakfasts were incredible. Some of the special treats served were shashuka, rhubarb torte, brioche French toast, and overnight oats. We have never eaten so well! There are options for communal dining or indoor and outdoor options. We loved meeting some of the other guests. We highly recommend this beautiful inn. The lovely rooms, lush garden areas, and fabulous food make it an extraordinary gem in Ptown. You will love it!

Had the amazing pleasure to stay at the Inn on Cook Street this November (2023)…. It is a charming B+B located in a beautiful area of Provincetown! The Inn keeper, Dustin, was wonderful throughout our stay. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable. The morning breakfast was multiple courses and was delicious start to finish. We couldn’t give a higher review to this Inn! A must place to stay when in Provincetown!
