Tui Magic Life Calabria - All Inclusive

Pizzo Beach Club
Despite there being a few things that did down our experience, the overall time was amazing! There was lots to do, such as biking, swimming, going to the beach and much more. Us brits are not really used to everything being 16+ , so if you are coming with under 16s, there are only a few activities they can do. The food was lovely, but it did seem a bit repetitive. Having the same food everyday was quite boring for an all inclusive resort. We were very disappointed at said ‘MAGIC night’ as the food was basically the same, and they just put up decoration. The deserts were delicious though. The cleaning was nice, yes, but the cleaner was very rude to my son by kicking and shoving him out the room when he was left alone. (He was 12). The pool bar had some nice things to do in the day, since the main restaurant wasn’t always open. The man who was generally stationed there (I didn’t catch his name) was very nice and had the best English as well. The pool was amazing but beware, the main activity pool is not heated, and gets absolutely freezing on cold days. There is a heated pool, but it is a small family one for little kids. The probable worst occasion was the fact that the kids club (7-9) happened in the bar. They would do dances and listen to music, yeah, but was very in the way and louder than needed. Considering they have their own playground and section, it was very annoying. May I mention that you can hear EVERYTHING. Whether it’s the other side of the resort, or the neighbouring room, you could hear it. Overall it was great, but a few things brought it down.

Amazing location with spectacular views from the terrace which was the highlight of this hotel! Breakfast was good too. The only negative was the bed mattress was not acceptable for use, I could feel and hear every spring in it which made sleeping very uncomfortable! We were only there for a few days otherwise I would have asked to move! It’s a shame because the location was great! And I would have given it a 10/10
Residenza Borgo Italico

We stayed in the Borgo Italico residence for a week and were pleasantly surprised by the new and well-made villas and the careful environment in detail both outside and inside. To which our praise and praise goes, which made our stay more pleasant and which has swept and swept us from the first to the last day, is Mrs. Elvira who is thinking of the management of the cleaning of the rooms and breakfast and that Despite the burden of work on you , you never miss the feeling of people living in this facility at home . If a disappointment is to be expressed , it is addressed to the agency that manages Borgo Italico , which should include more people for cleaning and managing the structure , To avoid overloading the present staff and in particular Mrs Elvira, which we thank again, for the rest of the matter, which is absolutely recommended!
Residenza la Vigna

The Residence is a oasis of peace and tranquility a few minutes from the centre of Tropea. The apartment where I stayed was very clean and has all the comforts ( super comfortable bed, air conditioning , phon), out there was a small patio with chairs and table where to enjoy relaxing moments. Breakfast (rich in both sweet and salad) is served in a large room immersed in the green garden. The whole complex is surrounded by very cureful olives and plants. There is also a beautiful swimming pool. The owners are very nice and professional, they gave me advice on what to visit and restaurants . Thank you for the fantastic stay!!!
Infinity Resort Tropea

The hotel is located in the beautiful seaside, with a beautiful swimming pool with palms, with a view of the beautiful sea of the Coast of the Gods. Particularly suggestive sunset on the terrace, where you can enjoy a snack and then dinner in a high-level restaurant, by a star chef. A downward street, immersed in the nature with a strawberry on the sea, very suggestive, brings to the private hill, but it is of rock. Another restaurant in the pool, where there is also a bar with excellent service. Exceptional breakfast!
Hotel Tirreno

One of the friendliest hotels we've stayed in. The owner Stefania worked very hard to meet the needs of all her clients. The staff always had a smile and time to provide information and basically just be nice. Comfortable room, kept extremely clean. A very quiet area and near to some lovely beaches and the main resort of Tropea - the latter a 30-40 minute walk away for the energetic, short taxi ride for others. The hotel offers a shuttle service in the evening. The hotel has its own reserved section of beach with really good sun loungers and parasols. It's only a 15-20 minute walk but the hotel has a regular shuttle service to this beach. The crystal clear water makes the beach excellent for swimming and snorkelling. Back at the hotel, there is a self-service breakfast with plenty of choice. Table-service excellent quality evening meal with reasonable portion sizes. An extensive wine list offering plenty of really good quality local Calabrian wines, all of which were new to us as they don't make it typically to UK shores. No car? With a nearby train station it's easy to travel to places like Scilla and Pizzo which are beautiful in their own right. Of course there's also the opportunity of trips to the aeolian islands including stromboli. We didn't do this as we'd done that trip from Sicily in the past. But on clear days you will be able to see stromboli on the horizon and witness some fabulous sunsets.
