My family and I had a great time at the hotel , it's very central and close to the station. The service was great, the staff very friendly and helpful , especially the staff in the dining hall when we went for breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic and very tasty and substantial and a good variety to pick and choose from. The coffees were great too. Would have loved to have stayed longer to make use of their facilities but we were there for only one day and night. Will definitely come back.

Excellent welcome and large, clean room, nothing was missing. Entry only for the ”living” part without perhaps disturbing those in other parts of the house. Good breakfast with lots of variety, nothing homemade but good quality.

The hotel is located in a peripheral area of Varese, but very green and quiet, a true oxygen mouth after the Milan lakes and the city traffic. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre and is located in the heart of the city centre. In my view, the price is more than fair (€ 82 including residence fee) given that it was a Saturday night and there was a concert in the city of the same time.

It's a good airport hotel. However, there are several elevator buttons that are not working. It seems that the maintenance of the facility is not perfect. There are the same buttons on both sides, so I could using it.

Hôtel charmant dans un cadre ravissant. Personnel souriant et attentionné. Chambre équipée de tout le confort nécessaire, avec de surcroît un joli balcon. Très bon buffet petit-déjeuner. Une petite mésaventure m’est arrivée dans cet hôtel : j’ai malencontreusement oublié dans ma chambre une pochette contenant mes foulards favoris. Lorsque je m’en suis aperçue, j’ai pris contact avec la réception, et mes précieux foulards m’ont été promptement renvoyés. Je remercie tous les membres de l’équipe pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme !

Our flight was overbooked and we had to stay in a hotel near by. The hotel staff were excellent, after a very stressful four hours of not being able to board a plane, waiting for our bags to return and having zero communication from the flight company, we needed good people. The staff had held the kitchen for us so we had some food. They recommended ways to get to a different airport so we could get home earlier. Amazing people, very friendly, accommodating and helpful, thank you 🙏
