"Einfaches Hotel mit angepasstem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Frühstück durchaus OK. Das Zimmer einfach und der Teppich in die Jahre gekommen. Dafür hatte das Zimmer einen Mini-Kühlschrank und Safe im Schrank. Leider hatte der Vorgängergast sein Hemd noch im Schrank vergessen und der Lattenrost von einem der beiden Betten war nicht mehr in der Verankerung."

"Arrived at the store at 9 pm, but no one received it. It is said that the hotel actually has 4 rooms, and the door with a code lock is more like a homestay. I found a small assistant from Trip.com. After contacting, I said that the front desk was off work at 8:30, but I didn't inform in advance and didn't leave any notice. Wait until 9:30 to be called to inform the unlock password to enter the room.
Good location and complete facilities. The room is spacious. The service is really bad.
Ctrip's little assistant is good, contact at 3 o'clock in the night of Beijing time until the problem is solved."

"It’s really convenient to drive to the city center for five minutes to ten minutes. The fly in the ointment, the facilities are really old and need to be updated and maintained. There are also a lot of pizza shops around, really good."

GGuest UserNo pick, it can be said that it is one of the most satisfying hotels in Italy on this trip, located in the suburbs, so it is particularly quiet. The hotel is very modern, the parking lot is full of parking spaces, the greening of the hotel is changing, and the Italians know the design. The only downside is that the room is small and the breakfast is simple.

호텔 건물은 오래 되었지만 아주 좋습니다. 주방 시설도 있고 샤워 부스도 좋았습니다.
주변에 꽤 저렴하고 좋은 식당과 베이커리, 커피숍 들이 많습니다.
카운터 운영이 6시까지라 밤 늦개 도착시에 리셉션에서 응대를 받지 못해서 체크인 하기가 너무 힘들었습니니다.

Dragoni is a nice and well family maintained villa, managed by a very motivated and active staff.
I see some improvement points though.
The rooms should be better maintained: in the bathroom, the shower hadn’t a curtain (water everywhere, also with maximum care…), the water pressure was at the bearable minimum, and the extractor fan wasn’t working, despite I reported the failure several times. The number of bathroom towels was at bare minimum as well. There weren’t complimentary toiletry products, but I admit I didn’t specifically ask for them.
In essence it was definitely a pleasant stay with small faults which, corrected, would massively improve the customer experience.

EEspositoRitaCredo sarebbe preferibile avere più cura della pulizia e del buffet mattutino. La signora che ci ha accolte al check in, era davvero accogliente e cordiale, oltretutto ci ha fatto soggiornare in una delle camere nuove. Il signore alla reception al mattino, davvero cordiale e ci ha aiutate col taxi. Lo staff è davvero il top ma credo davvero che se si curasse di più la pulizia delle camere e l’attenzione al buffet per la colazione, diventerebbe uno dei migliori alberghi di Udine.

GGuest UserI came here for the Udine far east film festival. The hotel is around 1km from train station and 2km from teatro nurvo. Which is quite easy to get on foot. The hotel have breakfast provided with boiled eggs and fruits and cornflakes corrisant. ..for the price I paid I'm satisfied. I recommend the gelato shop next to hotel and there is a coin laundry conveniently located next to hotel. Generally speaking the hotel staff are nice.
