We have been going back to Bellavista for several years (8 years to be precise) but it is over now. Our suites were great, the food was ok (however the food was way better in the previous years), the sky spa is excellent but we are profoundly disappointed by the behaviour of the Bellavista receptionist and manager Daniella (if we remember correctly the name). They are extremely rude, enormously disrespectful and I am amazed somebody in the services can behave like this towards clients. We have never ever encountered such behaviour. This is unacceptable and we will not tolerate it. Hence we are not coming back and since the hotel is breaking the Booking.com’s terms and conditions we are forced to report such breach.

Excellent welcome, garage available even if not booked. Very nice wellness. Structure with good quality services in a central location. The breakfast was also very good (with juice extractors and freshly squeezed orange juice). Advised

Fantastic hotel equipped with all comforts. Located very close to the center of Cavalese and equipped with everything you want. The modern style accompanied by the typical mountain style is wonderful. Room 68 has everything you need especially after a day of skiing as in our case: open bathtub, sauna and a large bathroom with shower. The view of the mountains is stunning. We really enjoyed the 4pm snack with tea, cakes and biscuits, perfect as soon as you get back from the slopes. We cannot evaluate the shared spa because we did not use it. I can instead comment on the Private Spa on the roof of the hotel, truly fantastic, all equipped with a spectacular view of the mountains and the beautiful sunset. Great food, choice of menu for dinner with 4 courses and breakfast had everything we like. Exceptional value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff, they didn't let us miss anything! See you soon!

Beautiful hotel in the center of Cavalese we stayed there with our dog; Comfortable and large rooms and beds with a mat and bowls for our furry friend. Cuisine also catered for me as I am celiac, both at breakfast and dinner, kind and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed at the Bellavista hotel with an organized trip.. it was our first trip as a group of 3 with a 10 month old baby.. what can I say, they were ALL WONDERFUL... From the restaurant, to the Sala staff, to the reception. They made little Flavia feel at home... equipped with a cot, tub, play area... personal glass plate and baby cutlery... but above all they offered us a menu suitable for the little one... We also took advantage of the included wellness center which was very elegant and clean . Top services. We will definitely come back to visit you. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I just want to talk to you about the experience at SKY WELLNESS.... a corner of paradise and relaxation that you can treat yourself to as a couple on the terrace. You will have the entire SPA at your disposal (external hydromassage - sauna - termarium - relaxation area with sunbeds and herbal tea room). Carving out 2 hours of your time to enjoy the spectacle of the mountains in front of LAGORAI immersed in the hydromassage tub is an experience worth trying.
