Very cost-effective! Everything is almost perfect at this price! The most impressive thing is the warm smiles of all the service staff. If there is any shortcoming, it is just a little far from popular cities and scenic spots. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers to choose here.

Fantastic location, excellent food, quality services (excellent SPA and gym). Friendly and very courteous staff. Peace reigns supreme, no noise that can disturb the peace. After Easter dinner my son received a chocolate egg as a gift. Check out is at 12, so you can laze around or walk around the estate after breakfast, very calmly. What can I say... We will definitely be back.

I stayed for a conference but apart from the suggestive location the rest was disappointing. From 4 stars (and then there is something to complain about here too, because it's really expensive) there is only the price paid. Food, cleanliness and quality of service not up to par

We are here for a study conference. We were supposed to arrive at 3pm but after changing the arrival time to 10am they told us to pay a fee if we wanted to join the conference lunch. We didn't do it thinking that, being a 4-star hotel, it was possible to order a toast, a sandwich to eat in the room or in any case a quick pasta dish compared to the prepared menu (clearly paying extra). But no, the kitchen is not equipped and we were informed at 1.20pm after ordering toast at 9am. They tell us that the problem is ours because we didn't organize ourselves, but it wasn't specified that there was no other way to have lunch other than paying the fee they "imposed" (which in itself is a shame). Moral of the story we divided a pack of crackers into three while waiting for dinner at 9pm, because there was nothing to eat at the bar either. Who knows what the numbers in the kitchen and bar room are for. Ah, on the estate they don't take phones and there is no Wi-Fi in the room, furthermore you are very isolated from the city and if you don't have your own transport you risk dying of hunger... without even being able to call for help. However, for the remaining 3 days we ate mainly cured meats, cheeses and pizza. Strange that they weren't equipped for 3 ham and provoletta toasts! That they didn't have a straightener?

Terrible experience! If you want to go, read this so you can prepare yourself psychologically! For years I had been intrigued by this place advertised and praised everywhere as excellence to the point of almost becoming an obsession! And many people think so... seeing as my son has been playing piano for a year I organized a mini (fortunately) 3-day stay with some friends, convinced that they would hear music for the entire duration of their stay. First of all, the location, despite being in a beautiful position only on a panoramic level because it is immersed in the Umbrian greenery, is certainly remote and out of the way for anything. Even if you ask the staff what to visit nearby, they will point out places that are only 15 km away, without however informing you that it will take about an hour to get out of that place and with the roads that are not very accessible! Already on arrival it was a disaster: we had 2 rooms not close together as requested, therefore 1 in the main building with the reception and 1 in the structure located at the entrance. They hadn't taken note that my mother is disabled and has difficulty walking so, in addition to not letting us in with the car to unload our luggage, making her walk for miles to get to the reception, we had to change our plans for the overnight stay. We had booked the room with the piano in which I would be with my son and my mother so that we could hear him play, but unfortunately as there was no lift she couldn't stay there. Then another km on foot to go to the other structure with at least a lift. Too bad that when I went to my room the elevator wasn't working anymore and my mom had no way to get back to the surface! This arrangement also created many problems in finding us as we are completely isolated with cell phones despite the 10 Wi-Fi accesses present and it is impossible to communicate. Once we got to our room, I wanted to recharge my cell phone but as I unplugged the lamp I was left holding the socket plate which was completely detached. My son goes to the bathroom and as soon as he flushes the water, the plastic panel that was just sitting on it fell off. He washes his hands and as soon as he opens the tap, he gets completely wet because the jet of water was coming down the other way around (towards the outside of the sink)... but only cold water because the hot water wasn't coming down at all. We struggled to put our clothes in the wardrobe as the open door hit the front door and remained half closed. After this agonizing start, we decide to wait for the others at reception and visit the facility. And at this point obviously my son, excited by being in the much-vaunted Mogol music school, asked where he could play the piano besides the one in the room which does not have a special bench (and playing it with the normal chair is not the best). So, the grand one in plain sight in the living room couldn't be used because it was the family piano and it was locked, so it was

We stayed at this property for only 2 nights. Very nice hotel, well-kept gardens, beautiful swimming pool. Good breakfast, international but with few salty items. An inconvenient location for visiting Umbria... it is located in a hilly area and can be reached via roads that are not very easy. Cell phones do not work in the hotel and you must use the Wi-Fi network.

Wonderful park. Attention to every detail, from the lawn, to the pond, to the flowers. Enchanting location surrounded by nature. Super swimming pool. Cozy rooms although not very modern. The only problem: there is no bar service for those who are at the pool (which in summer is the place where you spend most of your time). You have to bring your own coffee from the reception to the swimming pool and for such a beautiful and elegant structure this is perhaps a bit of a shame.
