Beautiful place. We were very happy with the attention of Eduarda and Salvatore. The lace is very cozy and they have a very nice breakfast. Beautiful pool and a very nice yard. Private parking and security. I really recommend anyone to stay there.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful country estate. Surrounded by rolling fields and vineyards , this 1915 estate has been superbly restored to better than original glory. Our room had beautiful stone walls and comfortable amenities. Food was great and grounds were out of a movie with glorious pool, lots of lounge chairs under shade canopy .Room Ac was actually chilly which was welcome in hotter than normal heat . All in all a great escape from hustle and bustle with a relaxing and welcome step back in time. The staff were lovely and accommodating. We look forward to returning again 🤗

Very welcoming and well-organized structure with comfortable rooms and excellent services such as the swimming pool and the numerous relaxation corners. Rich breakfast and good food. Excellent level of courtesy and kindness of the staff. An experience to be repeated absolutely

Very nice structure, clean, an oasis of peace. Very close to the highway toll booth. Welcoming owner. I would recommend a more varied breakfast and some more amenities in the bathroom. In any case highly recommended

Very nice rooms, clean and welcoming... structure recently started... but well organized, friendly and helpful. The structure really beautiful for a relaxing break that in the summer offers pool service.

We chose this place because of its proximity to the highway and because dogs are allowed..these are the only two positive points. For the rest..room and breakfast €80..we arrived around 11pm..unpaved and dark road, clean but very hot room..they could have cooled it down just ten minutes before our arrival since we had communicated it. Very uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Terrible breakfast..2 croissants on the buffet with plastic plates, some Coop yogurt and blackened bananas. Snacks in a bag from the worst discount store and coffee served in a non-existent disposable cup. Farmhouse...that's a big word..the place is also nice and well-kept but for €80 paid no type of service...even the reception non-existent..we paid and we were not even told a thank you. There are better ways to welcome guests even if only for one night and passing through. Not to be returned....

We spent one night in this very nice agriturismo near Orvieto. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished and clean. Dinner was very good but they lack a bit of organization in managing more guests. The staff is friendly but probably not used to working with so many people. It was a good experience anyway.
