Location is excellent and rooms basic and clean. Paying full double room price for single occupance is not good value for money though.

We were 13 girls that were to stay at the hotel from july 10th to juli 17th because of the handball tournament in Teramo. We were to book the rooms at *********** but they did not have rooms for 13 persons, so i wrote to the hotel for a solution and therefore did the reservation per email. At *********** there is free cancellation until june 11th. I wrote to the hotel may 20th that we had to cancel our stay, because the tournament were canceled and that we were sorry about the inconvience and that we would like our money back. They responded om may 31th after i sent them another email asking for a respond. They said they would like to give us a voucher which we are not interested in. Now they are not responding on emails or calls which i find strange. At first we thought we would like to stay at the hotel for next years tournament if we are going but now, i think we will find another place to stay, unfortunately.

Clean and nice facility but unpleasant and rude reception. We had booked the luxury room and paid extra to stay until spa time. As soon as we arrived they were insisting that we get a basic double room (at the same price as the luxury one) and they told us that before the spa we had to leave. Arriving at the spa with the suitcases, we see that it was not equipped with a dressing room to get ready and we ask if it is possible that we can be provided with a room. He refuses saying that there are no rooms available and at that point I reply in an angry and angry way saying that since we arrived we have been treated incorrectly. He replies in a rude and boorish way, saying that I have to 'think in silence. '' So the tones are getting brighter given the low level of this statement and only at that point can he find a free room. I had never been in a similar situation. I strongly advise against this structure, as kindness and education have never met them !!!

Abbiamo pernottato in questo hotel come tappa per andare in Puglia. Personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa, pulitissima e confortevole. Zona davvero tranquilla ma a pochi metri dalla via principale di Teramo. Per colazione c'era si tutto: dolce e salato, bevande, prodotti per celiaci. Molto varia ed abbondante. Hotel consigliatissimo!

Esperienza pessima mai provata prima: stanza sporca , vasca ldromassaggio rotta, personale maleducato e incompetente . Siamo andati via con l’accordo che ci avrebbero rimborsato ma poi ci hanno ignorato e ingannato quindi ci hanno rubato 130€. Evitate questo posto . Ah dimenticavo che l’hotel è in ristrutturazione con impalcatura montata e operai che ti camminano davanti la finestra !

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza per 3, ma nonostante ciò sia la camera sia il bagno erano veramente troppo piccoli per 3 persone. (Sopra il letto singolo c'era l'intonaco che cadeva, era ben visibile e i muri della stanza erano veramente sporchi) Livello di pulizia molto scarso e addirittura dopo la nostra prima notte non abbiamo neanche trovato la camera rifatta e gli asciugamani cambiati. Mi spiego meglio: durante il nostro secondo giorno di soggiorno, dopo la colazione, abbiamo lasciato l'hotel e siamo rientrati nel tardo pomeriggio, ma purtroppo al nostro rientro abbiamo trovato la camera esattamente come l'avevamo lasciata alla mattina. Abbiamo fatto presente questa cosa alla reception senza troppa rabbia, visto che sbagliare è umano ,ma allo stesso tempo pensavamo potessero rimediare in qualche modo. Infatti il tempo di fare una doccia e abbiamo di nuovo lasciato la stanza,ma al nostro rientro alla sera non abbiamo avuto nessun "gesto di scuse" anzi dopo tutto abbiamo dovuto pagare 8 euro per poter mettere la macchina nel parcheggio dell'hotel (la mattina dopo avevamo il check out).

Con il gruppo di Mototuristi in Viaggio, composto 38 persone, abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in mezza pensione in questa struttura. Personale gentile al nostro arrivo, camere ben arredate e pulite, unico limite ....un pò piccole. Parcheggio moto ....un pò caro ma comunque moto al coperto ed al sicuro. Cena con un buon servizio e pietanze abbondanti. Colazione con ampia scelta di dolce e salato. Concludendo, un buon compromesso tra qualità e prezzo. Consigliato !

Ci siamo andati per una notte in Teramo, tappa di un viaggio lungo. Personale gentile, colazione fornita. Il parcheggio è piccolo e quindi è necessario lasciare le chiavi ed andando via bisogna programmare un po' di tempo per liberare l'auto. Camera essenziale, il bagno ci è sembrato pulito come anche i letti. Meno il resto della camera (sotto al letto in particolare) che non è il massimo con i bambini piccoli come i nostri
