Ho soggiornato in questo resort per trascorrere un weekend con mia madre che purtroppo non può camminare molto. Ho fatto presente in fase di prenotazione questo problema ma all'arrivo mi attribuiscono un bungalow lontano quasi 300 mt dalla reception e dal ristorante, chiedo il cambio con esiti negativi tuttavia mi viene garantito un servizio trasporto ogni qualvolta ne avessi avuto bisogno. Devo dire che il servizio e' stato impeccabile e non ho sofferto la lontananza. Ottimo il servizio ristorazione all'altezza delle aspettative con cibo di qualità non standardizzato ben disposti i tavoli non accavallati uno sull'altro personale molto accogliente in sala. Piscina incantevole probabilmente con acqua di mare comoda la vicinanza al bar. La domenica mattina ho provato il servizio spiaggia, le navette ogni mezz'ora garantiscono un'ottima copertura. Dopo 15 minuti all'arrivo ci siamo trovati di nuovo a dover effettuare una maratona di quasi 500 mt a piedi per arrivare in spiaggia e lascio riflettere sulle imprecazioni conseguenti. Complessivamente ottimo resort da 4 stelle non da 5, bene tutti i servizi tranne la spiaggia perché non mi sembra giusto percorrere un sacco di strada sotto un calore atroce.

Nice location (in the nature), big area including the rooms, all clean, super nice staff- always friendly and supportive, great buffet food- changes and is so fresh! , nice area also at the sea-side with boats for free Sport activities and entertainment could be enjoyed at the neighnour resort (Bluserena Valentino Resort) - we took a lot advantage of tennis with the smart, young, experienced and friendly trainer: Andrea from Napoli- he was best! Also, we did some sightseeing (ca 1hr distance to Matera, Alberobello, Polignano, Grotte di Castellana) - perfectly located.....BUT you need a car to move around

We have spent 10 marvellous days at Alborea. It has been outstanding from all points of view. The location is beautiful, the accommodation absolutely five stars, and so has been the service, the food, the restaurant and the personnel. Pepe and all the restaurant team have been warm hosts, always ready to go the extra mile to make us feel perfect. The dishes were absolutely delicious. The staff at the beach and the Il Mediteraneo restaurant just excellent. Thank you all for making our vacation perfect. We will definitely recommend Alborea!

Fantastics rooms under the pines, everything in wood, sure, its not new but well maintenance and its the essence of the place. Well service, friendly staff, good entertainment (not by the pool but they take the Kids and bring another place of the resort for play with other kids).

Our first experience with Blue Serena was before the children's vacation, so Alborea Eco Lodge was free resort at the beginning of June. Tasty food , beach with fine sand and smooth entry into the water; bungalows are outdated but spacious and very clean. The good services of the staff make up for everything, from the main restaurant (thanks Antonio) to pool bar (thanks Giadra and Nicola). We recommend this resort for families with children ; we will choose Blue Serena -Kalidria next year.

ALBOREA ECOLODGE RESORT, è una struttura posizionata all'interno di una riserva naturale. Le casette "LODGE" sono ottime e confortevoli, anche se andrebbero un po rimodernate e le indicazioni più precise (ad esempio il lodge 407 non si trova lungo il percorso indicato). La cucina è di qualità, varia e genuina. È interessante anche poter usufruire degli spazi comuni e dell'animazione delle altre strutture che compongono l'intero complesso. La piscina con acqua salata è fantastica ma anche le altre piscine presenti nell'interno complesso non sono da meno. Molto apprezzato il servizio teli, sia in piscina che in spiaggia. Quest'ultima FA VO LO SA, immersa nell'oasi naturale, riservata solo agli ospiti del complesso. Si raggiunge con appositi trenini o anche in bici ma per chi ha voglia di fare una lunga passeggiata, anche a piedi. Il mare bellissimo. Peccato che per ogni nucleo familiare spettano, oltre all'ombrellone, solo due lettini che diventano tre, previa disponibilità. Nel nostro caso, il quarto si è dovuto un po arrangiare. Molto apprezzato poter usufruire,perché ricomprese nel pacchetto,dei pedalò e delle canoe per godersi il mare. Alcune cose non sono ricomprese nella formula del soggiorno, come ad esempio il ristorante in spiaggia, le consumazioni al bar e il servizio biciclette. Al gruppo BLUSERENA segnalerei una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia all'interno dei lodge. Qualche piccolo accorgimento e sarebbe tutto perfetto. Un grazie di cuore a tutte le maestranze, gli autisti delle navette e di quelle elettriche. Una splendida vacanza trascorsa all'ALBOREA. Sperando che il gruppo BLUSERENA prenda in considerazione quanto segnalato, tra l'altro dettagli facilmente risolvibili, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

L'Alborea is a structure made up of beautiful villas in the pine forest. The villas are welcoming and very comfortable, furnished in a pleasant vintage style. The restaurant is self-service, the food is good and can satisfy all tastes. The services offered are well organised, for example the availability of beach towels changed every day and the rooms are always very clean. This year there have been further improvements, such as the extension of the timetable of the train to the sea until late in the evening and greater quiet both in the evening and on the beach. L'Alborea is an environment of peace and relaxation for those who love nature and seek peace. All the staff are always very good: Giuliano Mascelloni and Massimo Villani, attentive, professional and very kind, the ladies of the rooms Grazia and Tilde, the guys at the bar Filippo, Margherita, Giada and Antonella, Mrs. Orsola and the whole reception. We thank everyone because we always feel at home at Alborea.
