STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE — COMPLETE SCAM & NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE I waited before writing this review because, after all the misery I endured at this so-called hotel, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I wanted to believe their empty promises. Big mistake. Let me walk you through this disgraceful experience to make sure no one else falls into the same trap. My partner and I booked a suite for nearly €800 for 4 nights. Sounds decent, right? Wrong. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Alesandra, who acted more like a bad actor in a low-budget soap opera than a hotel receptionist. All we got was fake enthusiasm, empty words, and cringe-worthy lines. I am a paying guest — not your “my love,” not your “sweetie.” Grow up. Learn to speak to clients like an actual professional. Then came the room. And what a joke it was. No kitchen. No couch. No space. Nothing like the photos. Just a shoebox. At the end of our confusing check-in, she admitted we had been given the wrong room and promised we’d either be compensated or moved to the suite we actually paid for. The room we got? Listed at €319,00 on their website. That’s half the price of what we paid. Fraud, anyone? That night, the electricity cut out. Air conditioning failed. No hot water. No hairdryer. We had to get ready for a wedding — in the dark, sweaty, and frustrated. When we came back? Even worse: 33°C in the room. Absolutely unbearable. Every day, we asked for an update. Every single time they said, “We’ll handle it at the end.” Spoiler: they didn’t. Meanwhile, there was no bar service. No staff. No way to get a drink or food. You could go buy something in a shop — but good luck keeping anything cold when the electricity keeps dying. Then came the final day — the absolute nightmare climax of this disastrous stay. After three days of messaging them, begging for the refund they kept promising, I waited at reception. And what happened? I was accused of being connected to some other guests who supposedly left without paying — complete strangers, by the way. The owner threatened to call the police, which I WELCOMED, because that would’ve at least forced them to face reality. Of course, he didn’t — because he knew damn well his claims were nonsense. After FIVE HOURS of ridiculous, humiliating discussions, we finally received €120 in cash, and the rest? “It will be transferred right away.” Spoiler again: 18 days later, nothing. No refund. No invoice for my business. No reply. Just complete silence. Apparently, he wanted me to hunt down the people who left to get my money back. Seriously? What kind of circus is this? I have nothing to do with them — and the fact that I even had to argue that point is beyond insane. This place is a scam. Unprofessional. Dishonest. Dysfunctional. The fact that they’re still in business is a mystery. Do NOT let the pictures or fake smiles fool you — save yourself the anger, stress, and financial loss. Stay far, far away. Worst experience i ever had with a hotel or vacation in general. Basic facilities such as water and electricity were too much to ask. If we asked if the problem could be fixed the manager and boss rolled with their eyes. Staff was vaping and watching movies all day while wearing swimming shorts. Staff was fighting in front of her eyes. We had to pay for breakfast and a towel but the breakfast was just enough for one person without an appetite. No one to be found during our check out or the day before. Accusing us that we stole and left without checking out. If you want to enjoy your vacation, avoid this hotel at all costs!!!!!

Absolutely terrible experience — avoid at all costs! This hotel was by far the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were shockingly unprofessional — rude, unfriendly, and dressed like they had just rolled out of bed. They argued with each other in front of guests and were even watching movies during work hours. The breakfast? You can't even call it that. It was dirty, unappetizing, and completely neglected. On top of that, the electricity and water in our room cut out every two minutes, making the heat unbearable and the stay extremely uncomfortable. Room cleaning was inconsistent — one day done, the next day not — and personal belongings were clearly handled without care. There’s absolutely no food available on site beyond the so-called breakfast, which makes things even worse. This place lacks even the basics of hospitality. I strongly recommend you stay elsewhere. This is not a hotel, it’s a disaster.

Our stay at this hotel this past weekend was completely unacceptable. Your manager was drinking alcohol during working hours. Power and water outages happened constantly, leaving rooms unbearably hot. The pre discussed breakfast was a joke: nothing fresh, nothing extra, and nothing available the next day. Staff wore casual clothing, avoided eye contact, sat on the floor watching shows on their phones, and left messes until the next day. Room assignments didn’t match bookings, and staff entered rooms without warning or reason. This wasn’t a stay – it was a nightmare from start to end.

I stayed at this so-called hotel for three nights this past weekend, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The photos online were promising, but in reality, this place is nothing but a scam. The electricity and water went out multiple times a day, leaving the rooms unbearably hot and completely unlivable. The staff? Utterly indifferent and unprofessional! Their attitude ranged from bored to downright rude. Our room was filthy upon arrival, and we were never given fresh towels. Even worse, we were charged extra just to use a towel by the pool. We had paid an additional fee for breakfast, which turned out to be shockingly bad, with a pitifully limited selection that hardly qualified as breakfast. This hotel is a disgrace. Do yourself a favour and stay far, far away. Zero stars if I could.

We were greeted with great enthusiasm upon arrival, which gave us a positive first impression. Unfortunately, it quickly became clear that the rest of the staff is not prepared to run a hotel properly. While the room appeared to be cleaned, the bathroom had a strong smell of urine. After walking around briefly, the soles of our feet were already dirty, which says a lot about the cleanliness. There was no toilet paper when we arrived, and the shower gel was not refilled once it was empty, basic necessities that should be taken care of without question. The air conditioning system was unreliable and frequently stopped working, as did the electricity, which made things even worse. The worst part, was the service. Breakfast was incredibly poor: for €15, I had a yogurt with a tiny plastic spoon, which felt frankly miserable, and couldn’t get a second one because they didn’t have enough. Two small pieces of watermelon was all the fruit available. Staff at breakfast and at the bar were nearly never present. You couldn’t easily order anything, and no one came around to ask if guests needed something. Tables were not cleared, and at the pool, towels cost an extra €5 something that should absolutely be included. All in all, I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve never experienced anything quite like this in a hotel, and I cannot recommend it. There’s a lot of improvement needed if this place wants to offer anything close to proper hospitality.

Wonderful, from every point of view. The location is super well-kept, in every detail. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and truly beautiful! The pool is something different from the usual pools; stunning, with very comfortable loungers (and sun loungers) and umbrellas for relaxing by the pool, accompanied by relaxing background music. The breakfast is definitely among the best I have ever tried: cakes, fruit, fresh pastries, jams, pizza, focaccia, bread, mozzarella, cold cuts... All of excellent quality, carefully presented, simply exquisite. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. A round of applause to the owners, welcoming, very kind and in love with their work. Compliments to them for having been able to create such a peaceful and BEAUTIFUL environment.

while I was making the reservation, room available and cost accepted, even though I had read that the structure was pet friendly, for an excess of correctness I asked for confirmation. My interlocutor asked me the "measurements" of my dog, I answered telling him that it was a dog "like" Jack Russell. The answer: "I'm sorry for my employers I can't accept it because it's too big!!!!!"
