Great place, location, host, food and service overall. Room was nice, modern, tidy and clean with all comforts (air condition was vital and excellent). The B&B sits in an ideal location literally between the town touristic centre (south) with plenty of shops and restaurants, and the long sand beach (north) with bars, shade, sunbeds and all....sea water was top-class and amazing for swimming lovers. Hosts were absolutely fantastic! Very helpful on everything (at breakfast, with room changes, with any required local suggestion). They are also very engaged with the 2 local authorities which are separately responsible for the two mentioned sections (north/beach and south/town) to make the northern section more accessible and friendly for non-motorised users (footway and pedestrian facilities are non-existent in contrast to the town where is all close to traffic. Breakfast was mainly continental and spot-on for us with all Sicilian and some more local specialities. This was the best value for money location and format for us in Marzamemi, and we'll surely be back!

Salvatore and Guicy were amazing hosts. Even though we didn't speak Italian with the help of translate we had no trouble communicating with them. Locations was a short walk to the city centre but close to the water. The rooms were bright and clean, opening out to a covered seating area outside. The breakfast spread was extensive with fresh, warm pastries, fruit, yogurt, juices. We were on bikes and Salvatore made sure we had all we needed prior to our departure, wrapping up the remaining pastries for us to enjoy. He even offered a rain coat to one of us!

The best B and B experience to be had! Salvatore and Giusy are perfect hosts in their lovely B and B Marsa. Clean, spacious, welcoming, great breakfast, easy walking to historic are of Marzamemi. Stay here and you won't be disappointed. The hosts welcome you like long lost friends and give you access to food, patio and warm feelings.

Ein B&B der Extraklasse: geschmackvoll eingerichtete, moderne Zimmer mit leckerem Frühstück, eine Terrasse im Garten zum Verweilen, gratis Parkplätze. Die Lage ruhig und nur einen Steinwurf vom Meer entfernt. Unglaublich nette Gastgeber, die einem die Wünsche von den Augen ablesen. Exzellenter Service und Gastfreundschaft. Ein Juwel unter den Unterkünften in Marzamemi!

Piccola ed ottima struttura vicinissima al mare e al centro di Marzamemi, posta in una zona tranquillissima. Le stanze sono diverse una dall’altra, arredate nelle tematiche del mare, davvero particolari e curate nei dettagli. Giusy e Salvatore, sono persone estremamente accoglienti e di grande disponibilità, sempre pronti a dare consigli sui luoghi da visitare; con loro ci siamo sentiti come in famiglia, ogni nostra richiesta è stata prontamente esaudita. Colazione sempre ottima ed abbondante con prelibatezze locali. Grande parcheggio per le auto. Non manca davvero nulla ! Bravi.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza in questo b&b favoloso, coccolati da Giusy e Salvatore , persone squisite che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Posizione ottima sia per la spiaggia che per il centro storico. Camera pulitissima e confortevole con cambio giornaliero della biancheria da bagno. La colazione, abbondante e buonissima con torte fatte da Giusy e salato diverso ogni giorno, accompagnata da chiacchere, risate, e indicazioni sulle località dove andare durante il giorno e per la sera prenotandoci il tavolo per la cena. Nel b&b Marsà abbiamo trovato un ambiente molto pulito e confortevole, con grande attenzione per gli ospiti, per la pulizia degli ambienti e cambio quotidiano della biancheria. Giusy e Salvo ti consigliano con grande simpatia e gentilezza i migliori posti da visitare, dove mangiare, le migliori spiagge dove andare sia a Marzamemi che nei dintorni. Assolutamente consigliato!!!

Struttura ed accoglienza eccezzionale, siamo tornati nuovamente dopo un anno ed abbiamo trovato solo che miglioramenti sembrava di essere nella tua casa delle vacanze , la cosa brutta che la settimana è volata via e con immenso dispiacere siamo dovuti ripartire , ma sicuramente torneremo.
