5/5 ⭐️ Located in the country side away from the hustle and bustle of nearby towns. Lovely views of the hills and ocean. Nice and spacious room with own patio. Amazing breakfast served by very sweet host Francesca. Would definitely recommend! Only downside was the gravel road leading up to the property, which was very bumpy at the time of our visit.

We booked a room at this owner-operated hotel very spontaneously in the evening and were extremely thrilled. It is a well-maintained, spacious property with small cottages for the guests and a larger open house as a reception and for breakfast. The view is spectacular-one looks over a few hills directly to the sea with many sailboats and yachts. The surrounding towns with a good selection of restaurants are within easy reach in about 20 minutes. What is special about this hotel is the exceptionally attentive, friendly and personal service and the modern and clean facilities. Overall, a real insider tip if you are looking for accommodation in the Olbia/Porto Cervo area.

Top Location top price. Good people , breakfast was great. I was here for fev days. First I want to stay for one night but soon I realize that location is fantastic for everything. Beaches, Porto cervo etc. For better pr.. Call owner . She is very nice

Einfach eingerichtete, aber sehr saubere Appartements mit eigener Terrasse und Eingang inmitten der herrlichen Natur dort mit Blick auf das Meer. Das ganz leckere Frühstück wird auf einer schattigen Terrasse ebenso mit Blick auf das Meer serviert. Sehr freundliches Personal. Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen z.B. in Golfo Aranci.

Si tratta di corpi bassi costruiti in collina e divisi tra loro da viali in ghiaia transitabili in auto a 10km orari, puntellati da una viva vegetazione che consente di ammirare le valli circostanti, i mari e le vette più vicine. Tutte le camere hanno un grazioso patio dove riposare all'ombra o ammirare il cielo stellato sui lettini o al tavolo. La camera vera è propria ha uno spazio enorme, letti comodi, mobili pratici ma anche di antica bellezza, frigobar silenzioso, zanzariere, bagno in cotto con ogni comfort. La colazione di Francesca è originale, ricercata, stuzzicante, così come i mille consigli che lei sa darti, specie per le calette da visitare.

Wij hebben hier 1 week geslapen en ik kan niet anders zeggen wat een fantastische plek om te verblijven, wat een lieve gastvrouw (Francesca) niets is teveel gevraagd iedere dag word de kamer en badkamer schoongemaakt dat ruik je ook als je terug komt van weer een heerlijke stranddag. Je rijd er via een zandweg heen maar dan heb je ook wel wat een prachtig uitzicht waar je ook iedere morgen van je ontbijt kan genieten . Echt een aanrader wij gaan hier zeker terug.

Camere dalla pulizia impeccabile, Francesca, la proprietaria, ha una cortesia impagabile ed è attenta ad ogni nostra richiesta. Unico difetto l’assenza di una tv in camera e la strada per raggiungere la struttura non proprio comodissima.
