One week in Sardenia, in this beautifull hotel. The hotel is small and that's the first star... A lot of serenity and privacy. The rooms are spacious and in a perfect condition, and the dining room/kitchen outside is a jem, ...second star... Bathroom is (like the room) very very clean, and is cleaned every day !!! there's your third star. Fourth star: Towels are changed as often as you like, and everything you need is provided instantly. Finally, why five stars ? That's because of Christina and Guido, the owners of this beautifull hotel. Christina is helpfull, respectfull and proactive in every way. She really is a perfect host, you simply can't wish for a better one. If i would rate this hotel in a scale from one to ten, i would give it an eleven...

Nice accommodation, a bit dated. The highlight is the outdoor kitchen, which could be better equipped. The utensils (pans, etc.) should be replaced regularly. As is the case everywhere in Sardinia, checkout is much too early. Unfortunately, there's no option to linger by the pool if you leave late, as there are no public restrooms available.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property for 5 days: we had a great time! The managers were really kind, helpful and welcoming: we had a problem with the hob on the first day, but it was immediately solved without having to repeat it twice :). The outdoor kitchenette is truly a marvel and despite having the garden connected to the other rooms you still maintain your own corner of privacy! The curious cats wandering around the facility are also very cute, they made us feel at home♡

Excellent accommodation, excellent location to spend a peaceful holiday with all the comforts; comfortable rooms and large bathroom, clean and convenient to services despite 1 km to go shopping. Out of the confusion in the evening not a fly flies, relaxing!!! Cristina is attentive so that nothing is missing. Tip: finding 4 coffee capsules and a couple of bottles of water in the fridge would be minimal effort with Max result!!

We stayed 10 days at Molarotto...and we had a wonderful time! A jewel in San Teodoro. The structure is located 2.5 km from the center but at the same time it is far from the confusion of the centre..We were looking for a quiet place to spend our 10 days of holiday...and we found it! The new structure is very well looked after. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all new with modern furnishings. The kitchenette on the balcony is small but has everything you need...just right for a holiday. Beautiful and super well-kept swimming pool. Cristina's husband is very good and cleans it scrupulously every day! Super well-kept garden... never a leaf out of place! The structure is super clean... thanks to Cristina who keeps the structure as if it were her home! 🤗 Cleaning of the room every day... service not to be taken for granted and SUPER APPRECIATED! In this structure you can breathe an air of tranquility and relaxation... everything you are looking for in a holiday. The structure has 7 rooms... but there is space for everyone without ever "stepping on others' toes". Parking in front of the structure. We left with high expectations, given the numerous reviews on Booking, and I must say that they were by far satisfied! Yes, the price is a little higher than average..BUT IT'S WORTH IT ALL! Cristina and her husband don't make you miss anything and make you feel at home in an instant. Location, structure, availability of the owners IMPECCABLE! If you are looking for relaxation... you will find it at Molarotto! Congratulations to Cristina and her husband! If we return to San Teodoro we will definitely come back to you! Siamo stati una settimana a fine giugno, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Appartamento grande, con una bella terrazza munita con cucina. Cristina e il suo staff offrono una pulizia ottima della camera. La piscina disponibile h24 è una bellissima sopresa. Complimenti, ci torneremo.
