Kind but that's not enough, mediocre hotel with paid beach facilities, very crowded and crowded with each other, the car park doesn't have enough space for everyone!!! breakfast starts at 7.30 so if you have to leave earlier you don't have it, and they don't even offer you a coffee!! Ugly inside and outside noisy rooms, Sardinia is something else!! and they even charge 156 euros per night in July Noo we're not there at all... kind welcome but that's not enough... 3 stars you don't deserve.

Positives: A nice basic hotel on a beautiful beach. The water is crystal clear. Rooms are clean and basic with a tv and mini fridge. The staff are friendly and helpful. Negatives: The swimming pool advertised on the website is not belonging to the hotel and is also not in use. It has discolored water. This should be made clearer to visitors. The beach sunbeds X2 and umbrella X1 are at a premium price that shocked me. €40 in high season and €25 out of season. Lastly the breakfast is nice and basic but needs to be hot. Eating cold eggs and bacon isn't enjoying. An enjoyable stay but I would not return unfortunately.

Staff was amazing! Arranged transport for us and helped us with everything we needed at the hotel like restaurant recommendations and just general questions about Sardinia. When we ordered drinks and food, they arrived promptly either to our room or the beach! Big beach and great views will visit again

Clean but small room with a nice view of the beach. It’s located at the top of the town and easily accessible. I was unwell on the last day but they were not very accommodating as no where to shower or change as our flights weren’t until the evening. We did however eat out each night and local cuisine was amazing. Sardinia is a beautiful country and has some amazing beaches.

Hostel like establishment, in need of major renovation. Room full of mosquitoes, which I complained about and requested to leave and get a refund for remaining nights which was refused. Instead, they armed me with mosquito spray and a plug in. The photos make this place look like a nice beachside resort. It is infact not linked at all to the swimming pool which is shown in many photos online, you cannot use it. The beach also has a small area which you can pay to sit on as part of the hotel (35 Euros and extra for towels) I am in disbelief that I paid over 300 Euros a night for this place, it is quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Coffee was great at breakfast but that was all, food ultra-processed. You can usually identify the quality of a hotel by the breakfast offering, and just looking at the poor excuse of fresh orange juice (highly concentrated carton juices) summed up the overall experience.

Wow, what a service & location !! Very, very good service en very friendly staff. No question to much and always kind and helpfull. Absolutely 10+ !! Rooms are good en clean. Breakfast good, tastefull & very nice coffee! Wonderfull location: unbelievable beach & cristal clear water. Nice location for making trips too! Sardinia is just wonderfull. We had a great holiday!! Hotel Costello .. thank you 🙏🏻😎
