A few of the reception staff were very helpful which was greatly appreciated! Warm welcome. The tui reps seem to be around alot of the time which is great but they weren't very helpful! One didn't really know much about the area and wasn't very forthcoming to gather answers from anywhere else. Also not many of the excursions offer hotel pick up which could be a problem as the hotel is far from anything really! It cost €110 for a 20 minute trip. The bus route isn't the best,the only option would be renting a car which can work out quite expensive. On the plus side it's a nice place if you literally want nothing to do, nice to have a quiet beach the food was nice! Could of been more organzation which no clean tables available when going to eat. As this is only May I dread to think what it would be like peak season. The rooms were very authentic which was lovely, although the wardrobe had a strong mould smell so nothing was put in it the duration of the trip. Also skirting on the bottom bed would of been a nicely touch too. Overall It was a nice place but very average.

The cooking class was really informative, a lot of fun and the food was delicious. Thank you Exec Chef Lillo and the lovely Spanish TUI Rep who did an awesome job of translating for us!

Not up to tui blue standard at all . Just stayed in 2 adult only in Cape Verde and Croatia this year which were outstanding. This hotel is such a let down . Rude lazy staff who only start working when they see the management . Food was awful - pizza dough was raw one day . Choices very limited. Broccoli for breakfast !!!! Staff had no idea how to pour lager it was like an ice cream !!! Beer in half pint glasses but really 2 glasses make half a pint!!!!Wine was nice as was the gin. Best food was in the al grano which you can visit once plus the van by the pool. Pool had shaking ladders and plastic lining . Thank goodness the beach was much better. Room was clean and air con was good. Location wise too far from anywhere and taxis very expensive. Entertainment was awful too. Glad we are only here for a week!! Sorry Sardinia will not return

This is a lovely resort with extremely welcoming staff. The buildings are low rise and attractive and the gardens are beautifully well kept. The room was lovely and kept very clean. The dining area is very pleasant and the food is good, with lots of variety. Highlights were the fish and seafood pasta dishes. The bars offered lots of drink options and were happy to refill water bottles for us. There are a few wasps, but there are wasps everywhere at this time of year in the Mediterranean! The beach is stunning and was swept early every morning and lifeguarded. There is seaweed (actually posidonia sea grass) because the sea is a healthy ecosystem! There are rocks directly opposite the hotel sunbeds which provide excellent habitat for numerous fish species; you can easily swim around them and snorkel straight off the beach and see huge numbers and varieties of fish in the morning when the sea is flat and calm, and you only have to move 30 yards down the beach to swim in a section where there is a sandy bottom. Behind the beach are some salt flats where we saw flamingoes, egrets and plovers! The pools were nice and the splash park was fun and bigger than we expected. The sports and fitness classes on offer were great and the entertainment really enjoyable (karaoke, quiz, local musicians etc.) Our girls enjoyed a free cooking class learning to make gnocchi. There is a shuttle bus service to local towns that's very cheap but it was too hot to drag the children around. Hire car is available, as are taxis, although these are expensive. You can walk to the next town (which is a modern town with a marina, a couple of gelateria and a few shops). It takes 30 minutes and the first half of this is through a beautiful pine forest with a natural fitbess trail. You can also walk perfectly safely into Budoni town because there is a pedestrian lane beside the road. All in all, a lovely, relaxing holiday in a very unspoiled natural area.
