Room was clean and comfortable. Clean towels every day. Small patio, TV only had one English Channel BBC world news. No kettle in room so we took our own, we got milk from reception which we kept in mini fridge. Good shower, very quiet in room 101. Staff very friendly especially activity staff David and Jessica who made our holiday with daily games, competitions and fun! Food ok, lots of choice but not so much for vegetarians, lots of wasps at breakfast so we had to move tables. Not all drinks included, only beer and Prosecco at pool bar from 10am to 11pm, has to pay for spirits and wine. They use plastic cups which are difficult to recycle, they should consider paper cups. Be aware this hotel is remote, you need to get the free bus to Budoni for shops and bars as no shop on site. Be aware the beach and sea is full of sea**** so we couldn’t use the beach or swim in the sea. Quiet and relaxed though.

The food here is extremely high quality and varied, the pool area is lovely no problem with sun beds but do agree a rail for going into any out of us required. Although the **** was in the sea if you got by this the sea was lovely. Room comfortable and clean. Bus service runs late but does turn up eventually. Beach bar needs to include local spirits and wine.

Lovely place to go for a family holiday! I liked the layout of the hotel - you don’t have one massive building with many floors but spread out cozy bungalows instead. The hotel is next to a beach so you can always go out for a walk along the beach. The staff is very bhelpful and quick to respond to any queries/issues. Food is delicious and freshly cooked with different menu every day. There is also an entertainment for kids and animators who organise kids disco and different games. There is also a tennis court and football area where kids can play. Swimming pool is large and we never had any issues of finding a sun lounger. The only thing to keep in mind is that the location is very remote and although there are buses that can take to villages like San Teodoro, they are not frequent so if you are into more of exploring the area definitely hire a car!

This is a great value hotel in a beautiful location. Quite surprised by some of the negative reviews. The hotel website is very clear what is available on the inclusive package (soft drinks, tea, coffee, beer, Prosecco, Italian liqueurs from 10am till 11pm and wine with meals). It’s also clear that there is sometimes algae in the sea but a free bus and a local service bus to other local beaches and budoni. The food was delicious with a focus on quality over quantity as well as Sardinia specialities. I’m vegetarian and even when the main courses were fish or meat I was spoilt for choice with the antipasti, salads and desserts. The pool is fabulous overlooking the sea and it’s a short walk through the pine forest to a really nice local bar and pizzeria if you want a change of scenery. Peaceful rooms decorated in traditional Sardinia style. Very helpful staff who organised my beach ride and taxis (fabulous local activity, riding on the beach at sunrise). Local bus to San Teodoro is a must do. The beach is like the Caribbean and only 30 minutes away.

This is a reasonably priced traditional Italian family hotel. The room we were in was sold as a garden view room. The room actually had a view of a roof. However the balcony was private and very sunny in late afternoon. It only had one socket in which were already the fridge and TV. We were given a 3 point extension lead to enable us to charge our devices. The safe was loose in a cupboard at ground level. We had two occasions it would not open and we had to call at reception to get help. The pool is on the sea front and is very vulnerable to windy conditions. It also has only one entry point with white steps which we found occasionally very difficult too see. The food was very good mostly Italian in nature and we enjoyed it. There is a bar in the hotel building which is only open for coffee between 7.30 and 10 in the morning. The only other bar serves the pool, beach and entertainment theatre. The holiday was sold as "all inclusive". However wine was only available from the restaurant during lunch and dinner. Alcoholic drinks were only Beer, prosecco lemoncello and Grappa apart from an aperitif in the evening between 19.00 and 19.45. The entertainment was very Italian child based and the only concession to adults was a lady singer with a beautiful voice who fitted in around the "mini disco". We are retired and after years of hiring cars in mainland Italy we did not feel like risking a hire car. There is nowhere to walk to. Certainly not along the road. There is a free bus to Budoni the local centre which we took one day. It passes three good looking beaches which is an option for a day out. There is also an ARST BUS on which you can travel further afield. Finally the beach has piles of dead **** around it and there was a ***** of shallow water with black dead **** before the sandy base of the deeper water. We enjoyed our stay here but would not return.

We have just arrived home from a fantastic week. Our room was clean and comfortable. Down side was the all inclusive drinks are technically not all inclusive, no spirits or cocktails included, the wine at dinner is not very strong and neither is the prosecco served at the pool bar. There is a cocktail hour but again, not very strong unless you pay for the ones on the menu...we made our own out of the drinks that were allowed. I can recommend limoncello prossecco 😋 Plus side, the amazing pool, the lovely staff, especially the entertainment staff. Valentina and Fabrizio are wonderful with not only the children but the adults too! We all had fun in their company! The pool bar staff are brilliant too. Reception very helpful. The food is outstanding, we enjoyed every meal, there was something for everyone to enjoy. A few more child options would make it even better...my children are 4 and 6 and did try a lot, but also wasted a lot which I hate. They made up for it with the all you can eat ice cream and juice though so they aren't complaining and they certainly didn't starve! The hotel is a little isolated but we knew this already. We got the bus for a few days out to 3 nearby towns, one being an hour away but it was nice to see all the scenery and the children enjoyed that. Be mindful that you have to walk down a main road to the bus stop, the cars come down like crazy drivers so keep to the grass if you can. It was the start of the season so very quiet, but lovely, we met some great people and we all enjoyed our time here. The beach is small and there is sea**** in the water but this didn't stop my husband going in! The pool more than makes up for not being able to swim in the sea. Play area could do with updating but the children all enjoyed it regardless. May sound like a mixed review but....we would stay again. Thankyou, we made some lovely memories here.

This was our worst vacation, and we have been to quite a bit of international destinations. We are not snobs and are not expecting the Taj Mahal experience for an average price. But this hotel was like the Tijuana experience. Just based on the décor which by the way looks a lot better in the photos. The rooms and the whole property is decorated in a cheap, impractical and outdated manner. When you get there, don’t expect any help with your luggage, or even a dolly, and by the way they have cobblestone all over, more on that later. The front desk lobby has these unsanitary cloth and super tacky looking couches, sit on them at your own risk. The people who work the front desk barely speak any English whatsoever, but they are nice, no attitude or anything like that, they try to help, most of them. There is no information for tourists, or any tour information provided at the front desk or anywhere at the hotel, which you would normally expect at a tourist destination, so you’re on your own. The rooms are TINY, barely any space to move around, literally. But the highlight of the trip are the beds. This is the ultimate experience that will make you appreciate your bed at home. The mattresses are so crappy, and God knows what they’re made of, it’s like sleeping on a trampoline. We could not get any restful sleep a single night because of these beds. When you get home you will have to see a chiropractor to get your back and body fixed after "sleeping" on these beds. There is what they call a “Minibar” which does not work. And by the way you are not allowed to use it (will include photo with these special instructions). There is a phone in the room for wakeup call etc., if you are lucky it will work, the phone outlet was completely broken in our room. We got the all-inclusive package as far as dining. The food is normal, nothing special, edible except the wine and beer on tap, barf! But the main issue is that there is a huge problem with bees. And the dining area employees don’t seem to care. In the morning and at lunch the bees will be swarming all over your food. The employees know there is this problem but don’t do anything about it unless you find one and complain. They try to put burning coffee grounds but that doesn't deter the carnivorous bees. Yes, the bees love ham and other charcuterie, treat them to some and they may leave you alone. They take pieces of the ham and fly away; I kid you not! The beach is ugly, some dirty things, maybe sea**** or mix of sand and dirt come ashore and nobody cleans them up, so it just doesn’t look appealing. But the real highlight is the chaise lounge chairs they have, try to figure out how to keep the back portion up, good luck! The bar at the beach is stingy with alcohol, out of what I remember you can have only Grappa (very strong and unpleasant), Limoncello (I don’t recommend) or Prosecco is what is included with the all-inclusive package. The hotel does offer a lunch “bag” if you are going anywhere during the d

Firstly the staff should be commended for their customer service and with a few tweaks this place could be amazing. The pool is amazing but the reason for my low score is that it is very slippery getting in and out of the pool and I slipped a couple of times but fortunately was only slightly bruised. I did report this to reception and explained my concerns. They MUST get a handrail fixed as I witnessed others struggling. Some may not have noticed the notice by the pool which states that you must not swim between 1pm and 4 pm!!!! (See 1 and 2 on the attached photo) . This is presumably because the lifeguards are not on duty and they raise a red flag when not in attendance!! Clearly this was rarely obeyed by residents but surely the hotel need to cover themselves in the case of an accident. This sign also appears around the adult pool and there is never a lifeguard there. The pool bar is very stingy on giving ice and there are no diet drinks. Personally I found the entertainment poor and as there is nowhere to sit undercover, in the event of rain (which it did on our last night) you have no option but to get wet or go home!! The beach is not golden and of course beware of the natural phenomenon on the shore. it is very remote (but surrounded by lovely pine forests) and the bus service is very unreliable. Sadly we will not be returning.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in a very peaceful location. We thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment provided by the animateur team with many games during the day and some entertaining shows at night. There was a nice variety of food options available and all staff were very friendly.
