The hotel was a pleasant discovery. Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent food. The dishes made according to the Roman cuisine and astonishing quality, breakfast with a nice buffet and a remarkable variety. The environment is very familiar and informal, managed by Andrea's wise skill, who wisely and at fair and honest prices proposes a high-restaurant product. The only neo is the shower box, a little risky but not preventing normal cleaning. Also recommended for the term nearby, about 110 meters. I will surely come back!!

La location è molto carina, la nostra stanza non era niente male, bagno e doccia abbastanza spaziosi. Parcheggio riservato attaccato alla struttura. Personale competente e premuroso. Buona la colazione, peccato solo la quantità delle vivande, bisogna andarci presto perché si rischia di non trovare più alcuni prodotti. Unica pecca, una mattina c è stato proprio un problema con il rifornimento perché l’addetto non era riuscito ad andare a fare spesa. Non abbiamo provato la cucina del ristorante ma non sembrava male.

This hotel is wonderful. Beautiful Palazzo in a great location. Spotless room and a terrific breakfast. However, the highlight is the staff. They are some of the kindest and most helpful staff we have ever encountered. We had a car issue and two Hotel employees, Emmanuel and Andrea spent two hours assisting us to ensure that the car was attended to by EuropCar. We would have been very hard pressed to get the agency to respond positively without them. There was nothing they wouldn't do to make us whole even if it wasn't any issue with the hotel. Also Matteo at the front desk was a wonderful advisor on restaurants. If we ever return to Ravenna, Hotel Palazzo Bezzi will be our hotel. Highly recommended

Andiamo al Gallia da anni ed è sempre una certezza. Quest’anno dopo una grande ristrutturazione tutte le camere e i bagni erano rifatti e moderni. Hall magnifica. Sala ristorante con cibo e servizio di alto livello. La camera mia e di mio marito era 26 mq con una meravigliosa vista mare. Poi, come sempre, la differenza la fanno le persone che ci lavorano. Grazie quindi ad Oriella per la gentilezza e l’assistenza durante la prenotazione. Alessandra e Valentino, al ristorante, gentili, competenti e professionali. Daniela della reception una salvezza! Pulizia ineccepibile. E bravissimo il solito pianista del mercoledì! Arrivederci al prossimo anno!

Appena entrati ci si sente a casa: accolti con gioia e in un ambiente unico e confortevole. L’accoglienza è stata il biglietto da visita di questo posto incantevole: due ragazze sorridenti e molto molto gentili. La camera silenziosa, pulitissima e dotata di tutto l’occorrente per un sonno ed un risveglio perfetto. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante : servizio impeccabile e cucina eccellente, piatti sublimi, vini selezionati: raramente abbiamo mangiato così bene e in un ambiente caldo, intimo e suggestivo. La colazione la mattina uguale, su ogni tavolo era già servita una colazione dedicata sia con dolce e salato. Grazie a Fiorenza per la dedizione e la cura, per la presenza discreta e garbata durante tutta la colazione. Questo posto è un incanto e ci ritorneremo prestissimo.
