Popular Province of Prato 4-star Hotels

The Italian summer you are dreaming of! The hotel is located in the heart of Tuscany and you can visit a lot of great smaller and bigger towns within one hour by car. Talking about the hotel itself it offers an awesome combination of modern architecture combined with classic Italian design. The rooms are very big, super clean and modern. Pros: - Awesome design - Perfect service all over the hotel - Great pool area with a lot of space and a nice pool bar - Great breakfast with a well balanced combination of buffet and alla cart - Lovely dining experience with a large selection of wines - Good location in the heart of Tuscany - A lot of Italian guests creating a very local experience Cons: - NONE Arrival: 10/10 At the time of our arrival we were warmly welcomed and parking is free. Also the reception team directly asked about anything the can assist us with making our stay even more beautiful and creating an unique experience. Either you can choose from a lot of activities or ask the lovely service team to create you more unique fully customized experiences. Rooms: 10/10 The room was nicely prepared and has a perfect view. We are having an room on the first level (room 26) and can totally recommend it. Some large rooms also offering a terrace or balcony. Breakfast: 10/10 Perfect breakfast with a large selection of international and local dishes. The buffet serves a well balanced combination of fresh fruits, bread, nuts and varying local cakes. At the table you can offer a large selection of dishes and drinks like freshly made orange juice. Pool: 10/10 Large pool with a lot of space, overall not crowded with a lot of privacy due to the large area. Overall: 10/10 We are currently still staying at the hotel but this is definitely one of the best hotels we have ever visited. It creates a very luxurious local Italian feeling with perfect service. PULIZIA accettabile ma non super. Entrando nella camera (numero 126) ho subito avvertito un forte odore di chiuso e quindi ho aperto la finestra per fare arieggiare il locale. I segni dell'usura erano molto evidenti, sui mobili e sui pavimenti. Ho tolto subito il copriletto trapuntato e l'ho adagiato sul secondo letto che non ho usato. Chiudendo le finestre, pur essendo al primo piano, non ho avvertito i rumori dalla strada e fortunatamente non ho avuto vicini chiassosi. Nel frigobar erano presenti un po' di bevande a costi accessibili. La COLAZIONE era essenziale per un 4 stelle. Salato: 3 tipi di affettati, uova strapazzate, wurstel, insalata e pomodori. Dolce: due tipi di torte, brioche, fette biscottate, yogurt, miele, marmellate, frutta. PERSONALE cortese e professionale.

Not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel, 3 stars the highest Self-driving is quite convenient, and the free parking lot is great. There are quite a lot of breakfasts, as well as Chinese steamed dumplings and spring rolls. The front desk is very warm

A relatively old hotel that has most of the amenities that one might expect. The room is relatively clean. The door requires old-school key to enter (which is attached to a golf ball) so you might want to leave it behind at the hotel reception each time you head out if you do not have the pocket for it. Breakfast is the typical continental European stuff, so nothing exciting to write home about. You could always skip breakfast at the hotel and head to the old part of Prato for breakfast at a cafe instead. It is about 10-15 minutes walk. Having said that, the hotel breakfast is decent, so make your decision according to your personal requirement/preference. The main gripe I had was that the powerpoint in my room (not sure about other rooms) was of the smaller holes instead of the larger standard European holes. Those who have been around Italy would know what I'm talking about. Basically there is the old Italian powerpoint which look almost exactly the same as the current standard European powerpoint with the two round holes, except they are smaller than the current standard size. So keep this in mind.

Check in was not good. Despite pre-paid the room, at check in they wanted to charge me again and worst of all at the room rate was double what I have booked. They only accepted I have prepaid when I managed to produce the evidence (print out of my booking). Eventually I was told they had mistaken me with another customer with the same name. It was very uncomfortable experience. But to be fair, during the rest of my stay, the staffs were all very friendly.

As we have a hired car, we decided to stay outside Florence city center after screening the hotel charges, as for the same level of accommodation you have to pay 2 to 3 times more. The hotel lies in the district of Prato, about 30 mins drive to Florence city center. The triple room we stayed is fairly big and surprising has a walk-in closet. Everything was neat and clean, also the service level is good - we called for help for an A/C issue and the staff came after a couple of mins and fixed it instantly. The breakfast was good with many varieties. Though it's not surveilled, we just parked our car outside the area in front of the hotel main entrance, or you may pay a small fee for hotel's garage parking. Overall we're very satisfied with these 3-day stay in the hotel.

Hotel recently opened in a good location, motorways and industrial areas just a few minutes away, as well as the centre, with free parking just a few meters away. The common areas are very well presented, modern and spacious furnishings, one has the impression of high quality. Very friendly and attentive staff. Very nice room, with access to the patio with swimming pool, furnished with style and with the right spaces. Impeccable cleanliness, comfortable bed, maybe a bigger TV could have been placed. The only flaw, not a small one, is the lack of soundproofing between the rooms, in fact I heard everything the neighbor did, from the shower to the phone calls. The breakfast is good even if the tables are only comfortable if you are alone. A tip: if you want to attract business customers, breakfast cannot start at 7:30. Some flaws to fix related to youth, but the foundations are there and they are excellent. Price perhaps a bit higher than average, but the structure is worth the expense.
