We enjoyed our stay immensely. The owner was very nice and did his best to contact me when I left my documents behind. He posted them straight away and I received them within 10 days. The place is very quaint and the food is truly delicious. The picturesque little village of Castelmezzano is very close.

Fantastic experience, great local food. Totally immersed in nature with very welcoming and kind staff. Recommended to all people who happen to pass through the area. An experience to do and try absolutely. All homemade with farm products and beautiful baby.

Wonderful place... ancient village nestled in a forest in the Lucanian Dolomites. The restaurant is rustic, serving generous portions and typically Lucanian products. Everything is excellent. The rooms are a bit retro but carry with them the charm of a genuine and simple environment. Warm rooms, boiling water and maximum hygiene (this aspect is fundamental for me). The owners and all the staff are kind and welcoming... it's a bit like being at home without the wife bothering you. The proximity to Castelmezzano and Potenza makes it a strategic place. Rating 9.

Superlative New Year's Eve dinner. We stayed in this wonderful property for 2 days. I must say that in our areas in Puglia the food is very good but here we found a cuisine that is out of the norm as well as sensational, tasty with selected ingredients and cooked by a true professional Chef and to say that for work I travel to almost all the restaurants in Northern Italy it is South and abroad and also starred but like here it is difficult to surpass them. We made friends with some Piedmontese thanks to this place and they said the same thing. Apart from your professionalism and kindness we would also like to thank the waiter Pinuccio who always assisted us. We'll see you soon and definitely with friends to enjoy your excellent cuisine. My review could already end with the title but I'll add a few more words. Recommended by friends who had previously been their customers. Excellent food, mixed starter of cold cuts of their own production with mixed vegetables and a bean soup. Then to continue the duet of fresh homemade pasta: "li strascinati with dried peppers, breadcrumbs, ricotta ravioli with wild herbs. Second courses: baked veal, "wild boar" was very tender with potatoes. Sliced fruit with homemade dessert To complete the dinner with walnuts in a mini barrow, digestive coffee, a very good house bitter with a pleasant taste. We had a wonderful time in the warm, clean and nice rooms first snowfall of the season where our children had a lot of fun with the snow.
