The hotel staff's service isn't up to par with the location and could definitely be improved. The pool had very hard loungers, no soft mattresses. Waking up early in the morning was very unpleasant due to the noise of maintenance work. There's room for improvement, given the potential of the old building and the grounds. Overall, good value for money.

Beautiful structure. Friendly staff. Adequate services. However, the outdoor parking lot was full on Saturday evening due to restaurant customers, so much so that they were unable to park. Furthermore, when we arrived the room was cold: in my opinion, if guests arrive, the environment must be prepared to be comfortable (and this also considering the standard of the hotel and the related costs). Very nice spa with heated pool, sauna and Turkish bath (for a fee).

We stayed at Posta Donini for two days during our tour. What a beautiful hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very accommodating and friendly and the breakfast had so many delicious choices! We loved our stay!

Posta Donini is definitely one of the best hotels I've stayed at. From the moment you step through the gates, you are surrounded by lush green gardens and a beautiful setting. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and loved all the authentic features in the Junior Suite. The stay was luxurious with all the amenities you could ask for. Even when we had to extend our stay an extra night due to a delayed flight, the staff welcomed us back with open arms and even provided hot milk and cookies for the kids. I cannot recommend highly enough. We love this hotel.

A very nice Italian style hotel.Wonderful place, clean and comfortable.. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also they have a great restaurant.
