”Il nostro soggiorno presso Daytona Hotel è stato a dir poco spettacolare. Il design elegante dell'hotel, combinato con i suoi servizi, ha reso l'esperienza davvero rilassante e piacevole. Il personale simpatico, attento e cortese ha soddisfatto 30 persone del nostro team, garantendo ogni nostra esigenza, assicurando il massimo confort possibile. Per questo ringraziamo tutti voi ma in particolare (Farida per la sua simpatia ed empatia,Bea per la sua professionalità e gentilezza, Ambra per la sua immedesimazione nella persona che ha difronte e la sua intelligenza nel non farti sentire mai fuori luogo, Lorena per la sua spontaneità ed eleganza, Vinicius per il suo modo pacato nel garantirti le informazioni ed infine il capo Cristoforo che è una persona meritevole e umile) e poi il resto del personale che si è rapportato con chiunque in modo cordiale e simpatico, empatico e professionale. Grazie alla sua posizione comoda e al servizio eccellente, Daytona Hotel è diventato rapidamente la nostra scelta preferita per l'alloggio. 5 stelle!”

Devo purtroppo dire che non è un hotel a 4 stelle. Camera di dimensioni adeguate ma molto spoglia, senza nemmeno una poltroncina nonostante ci fosse lo spazio. Frigobar completamente vuoto! Nell’armadio grucce di mille tipi stile camera ammobiliata. Bagno non molto grande con un gradino nel mezzo che ho trovato abbastanza pericoloso. Porta asciugamani da doccia non fissato in modo adeguato (se mi fossi attaccata per sbaglio probabilmente l’avrei strappato dalla parete). Illuminazione non adeguata: nonostante lo specchio dedicato ho fatto fatica a truccarmi perché non ci vedevo… Articoli da toilette contati: 2 bustine di doccia schiuma e 2 bustine di shampoo, praticamente sufficienti per una doccia a testa… perché non installare i dispenser? Ormai tutti gli hotel li utilizzano! Colazione nella norma anche se ho trovato che il pane e le brioche non erano molto freschi… Insomma, ci sono ampi margini di miglioramento.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni con la scuola in questo Hotel, mi sento in dovere di ringraziare tutto il personale per la gentilezza, la cortesia e l'attenzione verso i nostri studenti. Un grazie a Ruslan, a Cesare per la disponibilità nel servizio ai tavoli. Un grazie di cuore alla signora Anna per essersi messa a completa disposizione della nostra scuola offrendo con garbo il suo sorriso. L'hotel è gradevole, le camere spaziose, la cucina semplice e gustosa. Incantevole la location tra il verde di Salsomaggiore. Lo consigliamo alle famiglie, alle coppie e anche alle scuole.

This charming and quiet hotel is very well located. Service was very good and the room was nice and clean, although it was smaller than I expected for the price. The bathroom was a bit dated and small, so I would say the value for money is not the best, hence why I am not giving 5 stars. But I would still recommend this hotel and I am happy with my stay overall. Breakfast was good, with many choices of sweet or savoury food.

I am driving by myself, and I made a temporary reservation on the day where I went. The conditions are okay. A room costs 4 euros in taxes

Great location just off the A1. Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us. The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi. The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed. The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks. Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

This beautifully refurbished old building is a pearl in the centre of the old city of Parma. It is within easy walking distance of everything one wishes to experience in this delightful city. The room we chose was spacious and serenely quiet. Linen and towels were changed every day. Most impressive, was the reception desk. Such desks these days, are often manned by nonchalant young people who are more interested in chatting to their colleagues or studying their smartphones than attending to their guests. Here, the receptionists actually stand up as you approach and look you straight in the eye with a welcoming smile and promptly solve your queries in a friendly manner. Vittorio himself, the elegant host, was there to receive us.
