The location is super convenient, a few minutes walk to all the attractions. The Duomo is a few steps away. Many restaurants lose by. However, management and the staff are the real stars, friendly, helpful and accommodating. They make me feel so welcome. The rooms are spacious, very comfy bed. I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent only one night enjoying a smart box that was given to us. We found ourselves well, clean room, equipped with the necessary comforts. Most appreciated breakfast in a sober and clean environment. Location comfortable to visit Parma.

This was an excellent hotel - rather like an upmarket Premier Inn. Room capacious, bathroom well-appointed and breakfast buffet more than adequate. Its only disadvantage is its out-of-town location next to an American-style shopping centre. When I booked, I misread the map, thinking it was on the edge of Fidenza but it isn’t - it’s about 3km out of town, on the edge of Fidenza Village (the aforementioned shopping centre). Impossible to walk to because it’s reached via busy main roads. So taxis are a must, at 10 to 12 Euros a time. I was very well served by a local firm but it was hard to find a taxi after seeing Verdi’s Il Trovatore at the opera house - the town was in the grip of noisy local celebrations. However, these were rather interesting to see and overall, I enjoyed my stay in Fidenza. Just don’t expect to walk to the hotel - you need a car (or a taxi).

We had a one night stop over at Parma & Congressi hotel travelling on a 12 day coach holiday with leger, on arrival we had a lovely evening meal with table service in the restaurant, staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms very good but not sure about the jacuzzi bath maybe bit out dated, we enjoyed a good buffet style breakfast with lots of food choices, enjoyed my stay.

Parma is actually a lot of Chinese, but it is estimated that many are businessmen, and there are very few tourists, so the traffic is not developed. On the contrary, the hotel is conveniently located on the right hand side of the train station, paying attention to the store and blocking the tree. The girl at the front desk is a bit like the Eurasian girl. She is not only eager to stay in time, but also asks if I want to eat breakfast, very generous, and the cook who is early is also more polite. The room is spacious, just the elevator needs to be familiar.

Something very special two teams of the Ladies Giro d Italia were also on site your great experience also for us Not liked · The only thing that has disturbed us that smoking on the beautiful terrace in the whole area is no longer entirely modern 🤔 for non-smoking sportsmen / Health conscious would be super if the terrace was divided into family with children at the table breakfast ..... and on the direct table next door was smoked strongly . 😟...das we don't find good. ”Passive smoke is just as harmful” However ..when we are back and a place we will certainly like to stay here again .... we have felt well 😂
