The hotel room is big (except for the shower). We had a kitchen also. The rooftop patio was a beautiful spot to spend the evening. Everything in the hotel was clean. It is super close to the central bus and train station. Easy to get to the beaches by bus and walk to a few restaurants. The market just about a kilometer away was so big and great fun! The only downside is the neighborhood was pretty dirty and very loud at night. We made sure we weren’t out late

Great stay. Amazing location as its very central and close to both the rail and bus stations. Place was immaculately clean and the host ( Momo) was excellent - facilitated a very late check in and was incredibly helpful and kind. Absolutely recommend this place

Let me start by saying that I was misled by the super positive reviews I found on the internet / various platforms. Spartan apar**ent even if practically new. No cleaning service. No towel change. The room is not made up overnight. Uncomfortable bed. Reception service at an all-time low. No possibility of breakfast at the property.. it's like living in a condominium of 30 apar**ents. Not to be repeated

Very bright, spacious and very clean apar**ent. With a short walk you are on the main street and close to tourist attractions. On via Balsamo and as soon as you turn the corner, you have an ice cream shop, fast food, tram line, train station and restaurants at your disposal. The host was kind, helpful and professional. The apar**ent is equipped with a drying rack and washing machine and they also provide a pod if you want to do laundry. Working air conditioning, everything perfect.

Hotel easily accessible from the station. We were able to put our suitcase in the luggage storage before getting to our apar**ent. The apar**ent is clean, very secure and practically new, silent. Simple and quick exchange via WhatsApp on arrival time.

I must say that the first 3 days we had a great time in an apar**ent for 5, the only problem was the ants which didn't allow us to cook but the apar**ent was super except that before we left the apar**ent they assigned to us wasn't the same... but of a lower and smaller level and not as clean as the other one... the terrace is not always open they told us it closes at 8pm... there is never anyone at the reception

Large, clean, modern apar**ent in a very good location (near the train station, the historic center and Lidl). Welcoming staff who accepted our luggage free of charge before reception at 4 p.m. Perfect, I recommend!

I will never return again. Staff completely absent, not even reachable by telephone. We risked missing the plane because they didn't come to open the baggage claim office for us. Although the area is strategic, the staff is terrible. Sorry but negative experience
