Let me start by saying that I was misled by the super positive reviews I found on the internet / various platforms. Spartan apartment even if practically new. No cleaning service. No towel change. The room is not made up overnight. Uncomfortable bed. Reception service at an all-time low. No possibility of breakfast at the property.. it's like living in a condominium of 30 apartments. Not to be repeated

Very bright, spacious and very clean apartment. With a short walk you are on the main street and close to tourist attractions. On via Balsamo and as soon as you turn the corner, you have an ice cream shop, fast food, tram line, train station and restaurants at your disposal. The host was kind, helpful and professional. The apartment is equipped with a drying rack and washing machine and they also provide a pod if you want to do laundry. Working air conditioning, everything perfect.

I must say that the first 3 days we had a great time in an apartment for 5, the only problem was the ants which didn't allow us to cook but the apartment was super except that before we left the apartment they assigned to us wasn't the same... but of a lower and smaller level and not as clean as the other one... the terrace is not always open they told us it closes at 8pm... there is never anyone at the reception

I will never return again. Staff completely absent, not even reachable by telephone. We risked missing the plane because they didn't come to open the baggage claim office for us. Although the area is strategic, the staff is terrible. Sorry but negative experience

Beautiful apartment very clean new and with attention to detail. We saw the terrace with the pools but we weren't equipped so we'll come back to try it because it's a spectacular gem in the heart of the city. Very kind and helpful owner. Location 2 steps from the center and easy to find parking. Everything perfect, highly recommended! !
