Recently renovated is a great and comfortable hotel. Good breakfast and abundant, clean rooms. Internal and external pool. Water is hot but a little too treated.

I recently stayed at the Abano Grand Hotel, and i had a mixed experience. The reception area, where I was assisted by Alexandra, was excellent. She was incredibly helpful and pleasant, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. However, I have to say that the breakfast and the breakfast area left something to be desired. The food quality and variety of choices could use some improvement. I expected a bit more in terms of the morning meal experience. Overall, it was a good stay, thanks in part to the fantastic service provided by Alexandra ( Alexandra the Great) at the reception. I'm considering coming back at the same time of the year, but I hope to see some enhancements in the breakfast offerings by then.I’m

We spent 4 nights in this hotel located near the center of Abano terme. Although the hotel in itself looks good and the suite that we had was spacious and offered most expected amenities for a 5-star hotel, the service was, in our opinion, not as expected. We tried the restaurant one evening but the food was not that great and service was quite lousy ( they forgot the dishes, did not bring us knives to eat cheese…). Same with the breakfast which did not offer a full buffet (as expected in such a hotel). In short, we fell short on our expectations in this hotel. Concerning the massages that we had, they were OK ( not the best that we had) but there was a lack of personnel at the SPA reception ( very often, nobody was there to cater to the guests…). Also, there was not enough seats around the outside pool and we had to carry our own from inside …

We stayed a week at the hotel Vena D'oro in Abano Terme, where we first treated with thermal slams. Clean hotel with large rooms (the one of ours was a superior), a large bathroom and a very comfortable cabin. A beautiful thermal area recently renovated with pools of hydromassage sauna etc. etc. , the therapeutic area is a bit dated but I heard that renovation is scheduled, perhaps the only sin is the restaurant room that remains a little cupped and stored.
