I didn't like the room very small very 2.5*3.5 meters, , shower without a pod, water leaks on the floor. The suitcase is nowhere to open. The balcony is not there, the window goes to the roof, the window on top of the bathroom goes to the general corridor. The sound isolation is very bad. The room is clean, the air conditioner works. The safe is not available. The refrigerator is not available. The TV is on the desktop. It's the impression that the warehouse has turned the clock room. There is an open pool with hydromassage, close at 21. On the street 300 meters from the cemetery, 15 meters from the bus stop.

In the years, Patina tries to cover up elegantly by thick tapes and expensive materials. With renovation you can't get behind. The staff in Livree works accurately. In the breakfast room, we were put on a table directly at the buffet - penalty for the price? The boring breakfast is varied but most of it is made of packaging. 5☆ without handwork? The Cappuccino is no one. Can I recommend the house? The red eyes of chlorine in thermal water say: not for me. There is a design day on the 5th floor, it looks nice.

Absolutely luxury hospitality and facilities for an optimal price! The best value! The staff is amazing, location is great! Helvetia means great generosity, top cuisine, sophisticated and genuine in approach to restaurant, spa, bar, cultural program and absolutely all! Here the guests mostly stay numerous times, like we multiple times, i have met guests who stayed more than 10 times and are returning again! We had two interconnecting suites and one junior suite to fit our family of 6 requirements. The reservation was very uncomplicated with spa appointments and amendments made very efficiently and effectively. The highlights of the hotel go to the wonderful hospitable staff; from the front of house to the cleaning staff. The hotel felt away from 5 stars with weak breakfast offerings, bathroom toiletries, and the poor selection of antipasti buffet (especially at lunch). Lunch and dinner food offerings were wholesome and tasty highlighted by professional and attentive waiting staff. Our suites and rooms were well maintained however Wi-Fi was poor to non-functional. The outdoor wellness area was well maintained with the pool attendant actively around. The 139-bedroom thermal hotel is well located and we enjoyed the electric car charging station. Recommended if you are a first timer of a 5-star hotel in Abano.

Hotel with very friendly staff, excellent cleaning, good large and soft hand towels, excellent towel and spa fabric, large swimming pool area, to return in spring to the garden area. The spa is very beautiful, very prepared and friendly staff, excellent products used. Breakfast served in a large well-equipped room, a very wide and varied buffet. The dinner served in the room other than breakfast, meals buffet, vegetables and sweets abundant and varied, very good food, unfair service. A comfortable bed but the room does not reflect a 4-star superior for soundproofing, TV position and bathroom; I have already been told that the hotel will close from June to September for restructuring. Great dogs welcome, found 2 steel sticks and a panquet that could be coat or subcoat (I coat the house port for its smells), right overprice for the dog. Overall to be reopened after restructuring.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was extremely unpleasant. The room I was assigned was swelteringly hot, making it nearly impossible to sleep or relax. With the temperature outside reaching a scorching 39 degrees Celsius, the room felt like a stifling 35 degrees. It was evident that the hotel was aware of the inadequate air conditioning as the provided blankets were as thin as bedsheets, providing no warmth whatsoever. When I approached the staff and requested a different room with a functioning AC, I was disappointed to find that the situation was no different. The lack of action taken by the hotel to address this issue was disheartening. It’s clear that they were aware of the problem but failed to provide a suitable solution. Considering the uncomfortable conditions and the hotel’s disregard for guest comfort, I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your stay. Save your money and seek out a more accommodating hotel that prioritizes guest comfort and provides proper amenities.

A wonderful holiday mainly due to personnel who were very kind and professional. I am a regular visitor and so far have never been disappointed. My favourite hotel. Always feel great after a visit to Ariston Molihno. I shall recommend tit o my friends in Brussels and Ireland.
