Emotional Grand Motel

The hot tub started leaking while we were inside, flooding the floor. I call the reception, annoyed the lady asks me if we have left the tap running (as if we were stupid ...), I answer no and that the tub is leaking from underneath. I ask her to bring me some towels to dab on the ground and she replies "eeeeeh no now I'm busy, after that if I can I'll bring them to you ..." I put the phone down and I'm amazed ... not even a "I'm sorry" .. I would have expected him to send someone in the room to see what was happening ... Since I had placed my clothes on the ground and they were soaked in water, I decide to use the hair dryer to fix it. Too bad that after a few seconds the tool stops working ... I call the reception again and ask them to bring one and the answer was "but listen a little but in such a short time all this water came out ?! I don't have any "... Again amazed I ask to be able to go to another room for 10 minutes just long enough to dry my pants at least. After several attempts the lady makes me go to a room next door, all without even coming to see the condition of the room. We decide to leave two hours earlier, on the other hand the room was flooded and the tub unusable ... Not a discount, not a discount coupon ... nothing .... The rooms are also nice .... but absolutely from review the professionalism of the staff !!! And buy some spare hair dryers to keep at the reception !!!

Excellent welcome even late in the evening. Everything is very clean and above all maximum privacy is guaranteed. Excellent room service, good breakfast. Nothing to say. The themed rooms are nice. There's a good chance we'll be back.

My first time: the room seems clean, Mrs Silvia was really kind, the same goes for the boy at the reception, everything was perfect, I will return, I recommend this place for a romantic getaway! The themed rooms must be really beautiful, next time I'll change!

I expected something better given that it's a 4 star and it was New Year's Eve anyway you need to train your communications staff better...wrong room...I don't know if I'll be there again given the experience I had... ...........

Non è la prima volta che vado in questo posto fantastico mi sono trovato sempre molto bene sia a livello di confort che di pulizia e bellezza delle camere top… Se non fosse che questa volta SONO STATO TRATTATO MALE al momento del pagamento. Avevo prenotato telefonicamente (per non so quale motivo non mi rispondevano ai messaggi su whatsapp). Prenoto ultima camera disponibile specifico di essere under 30 e chiedo il costo per il soggiorno (di 115€). La mattina seguente al momento di pagare mi vengono richiesti 135€ ricordo di essere under 30 e mi viene detto che questa informazione andava data in fase di prenotazione perché al mattino non accettavano storni, spiego di averlo detto per telefono, mi viene risposto che non si prenota per telefono ma su whatsapp ( whatsapp che a loro non funzionava la sera prima). In tutto mi vengono scontati pochi euri facendomene pagare 127€. Mi sento un po’ preso in giro da questo trattamento solo perché eravamo dei giovani ragazzi, anche perché per telefono lo avevo specificato, mi ero sempre trovato bene ma questa volta mi hanno deluso, 20€ di sconto non saranno tanti ma per dei giovani ragazzi sono soldi…
