Arrivati alle 12 circa , troviamo la reception e ci assegnano la camera , non troviamo anima viva , in camera non c'è acqua da bere , vetrate visibilmente sporche , un piccolo frigo non funzionante appoggiato su uno sgabello di plastica .Fuori la piscina è sporca , molte sdraio sporche e rotte , le docce esterne sporche .La notte la struttura è non sorvegliata .Colazione essenziale .per il resto i servizi in camera funzionano bene e la posizione è impagabile , ci tornerò nonostante tutto.

Отель не 4 звезды. Когда открывался, может и были эти звезды для 90х годов, но с тех пор ремонт не делался, судя по всему. Место распоряжение не самое удачное - до Изолы Беллы 15 мин пешком по обочине дороги, до фуникулера - 10 мин. Если выходить из отеля налево, то можно дойти до песчаного пляжа, там народа в разы меньше! Так же есть лестница в город, на такая обхоженная, как от Изолы Беллы, но зато рядом. Завтраки скудные - для 4* совсем скромно. Обслуживание отличное, все довольны, все улыбаются. Кто на машине - с парковкой беда, у отеля 5 машиномест, на дороге на припарковаться. Если повезёт с номером, то шикарный вид на море! У нас был Делюкс, 3ий этаж, тут же выход к бассейну, очень удобно. Сам бассейн небольшой. Кстати, отель находится в тени после 12 дня, соответственно, у бассейна не позагорать. По цене был выигрышнее, но стоит ли того, неуверен.

Great resort hotel! Beautiful environment, complete facilities, swimming pool, playground, health room, beach... The beach is not very good, but the seaside scenery is very good, from the beach to the west you can see the Etna volcano. There are two restaurants for breakfast, but we only went to one for four days, and the Western breakfast was very rich. If you go to Sicily next time, you will choose to stay at this hotel.
