I really really love this resort, beautiful, with plenty of amenities, beach, tennis courts, etc. The only regret is I only stayed there for 2 nights!

For the cost service needs to be better, constant bird poo on the balcony, no shower facilities on the beach to at least wash feet and shoes, no one coming over to ask fir drinks service

This place was fantastic and the area was great. The overall experience was excellent and I would definitely recommend staying here. The vent in the bathroom of the room I stayed in was not working well so place did smell a bit, but despite this I’d stay here again

I wish they stated online that you did not have access to the beach and only one restaurant was open. Very disappointing to not be able to lay out and read on a sunny spring day. Only one dinner option at night and you had to pay for a buffet or have nothing. The staff here at the bar by the pool and in the center patio area (Rita and the guys) were SO KIND and accommodating!

Very enjoyable as always Thanks again. The staff are brilliant as always. I believe Santo has taught his apprentice a little too well at making cocktails. Very comfortable rooms. The biting bugs seem to come from the sofas rather than the beds and using local soap etc appears to help. Maybe keep Claudio on a leash 🙄🤣. Davide and Veronica and Sandra and Vanessa and Giuseppe and Carmelo are all great too. See you all soon ❤️ oh just a warning water in pool and sea a little cold. Don't be ripped off with Go See buses. Just up the road the interbus is cheaper and more frequent.

It was such a great hotel I was pleasantly surprised for the price. The staff was nice and kind, the food was amazing and the view on Etna was 11/10. We saw Etna errupting. Also the options for vegetarian and gluten free food was great. In summary I recommend this hotel for everyone. Also for families with children there was a nice child play area.
