Very poor communication. Our holiday was cancelled due to fires at the airport and they still took our money. We tried to contact the hotel and we got no response. Very poor. Also, very bad manners to still take a cleaning fee for a stay we were unable to take.

Un'oasi di pace, di buona cucina e di raffinatezza. Una posizione strategica, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli con un bel giardino. La gentilezza, la disponibilità e l'eleganza dei proprietari rende questo luogo ancora migliore di quanto già non lo sia. Ottima cucina e prodotti di produzione propria, dal buonissimo olio d'oliva bio alle marmellate, in particolare quella di clementine. Mai mangiate marmellate così buone. Tornerò come promesso. Grazie!!

Bellissima esperienza! L'accoglienza è calorosa e lo staff sì adopera in ogni modo possibile per farti sentire come a casa (Alfredo è un vero tesoro!). Verde e piscina curati, stanze pulite e confortevoli. Ottima la colazione, sia dolce che salata: prediligere i prodotti preparati in loco (budini, marmellate e dolcetti) e quelli del territorio (il formaggio del casale è strepitoso!). Il prezzo pagato vale i servizi offerti. Consigliatissimo!

Proprietari e staff gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare qualunque esigenza. Cena deliziosa in un contesto magico. Piscina in mezzo al verde e tranquillità. Assoluto relax. Consiglierei, per essere il top, di ristrutturare il bagno. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Aspetti positivi: immerso in una bella e ben curata campagna, piscina ben tenuta, personale cortese e disponibile (anche oltre l’orario di servizio) Aspetti negativi: stanze essenziali e spartane (non c’è neanche il telefono per chiamare la hall!) , no servizio in camera, talora cattivi odori dal WC. Di certo rapporto qualità/prezzo inadeguato

Del Casale colpisce la gentilezza e la premura del personale e, in particolare, del Sig. Romano e consorte. Le stanze sono pulite e la colazione presenta prodotti non commerciali. La struttura è totalmente nel verde e consente di godere di una atmosfera calma e rilassata. Soprattutto, l'area destinata alla piscina. Da considerare, inoltre, la vicinanza al Parco dell' Alcantara per gite ed escursioni.

La struttura dispone di molte camere, ed ha anche un proprio ristorante interno. I proprietari sono veramente gentili e disponibili, sapranno darvi informazioni preziose per visitare i dintorni. Camera e bagni spaziosi, colazione buona anche con prodotti fatti in casa. ho avuto la possibilità di cenare nel ristorante ed è stata un ottima opportunità di assaggiare i sapori tipici della cucina di zona, un pesce spada alla griglia veramente ottimo, per non parlare del primo al pesto di noci. La struttura è silenziosa ed è un ottimo posto per rilassarsi oltre che per poter visitare le gole dell’Alcantara, le cantine vitivinicole dell’Etna tra Castiglione e Randazzo, oppure una bella gita a Taormina.
