This hotel is pretty much the pits. It was described as 4 star, which in Sicily is always an exaggeration. Breakfast was poor and the fresh fruit tasteless. The rooms were adequate..2 or 3 star quality with the minimum of facilities. The shower boasted a jacuzzi which didn't work and both shower heads were broken. There was a TV with no English channels. We endured 2 nights. The reception was manned at times by a night porter. There was off road parking. The worst thing of all was the location. It was in a run down industrial area of the town about 2km from the centre. I fail to imagine who thought this was the right location for any hotel. Apart from the fact I could park

You'd be hard pushed to find a more welcoming and helpful hotel. Set in a bustling port, busy roads and constant traffic this clean and friendly run hotel will help you on an early morning ferry Restaurants are a taxi ride away €15 per ride, but hotel will pick you up and drop you at Milazzo Railway Station and Port. Good breakfast however no Gluten free food.

The hotel was recommended to me by a friend. The location is parallel to the seafront, but it does have convenient parking. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is very clean and tidy. My room was a single, but it had a very comfortable double bed. The furniture is very modern and functional, and the room is very clean. Some comments about the room: the air conditioning system needs updating (loud splitter), the refrigerator (loud and unstable) was stocked with two bottles of water, a juice, and nothing else. The bathroom kit only included a shower cap; the bathroom also had two dispensers (sink and shower) for shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and underwear. There were only two pillows on the bed (nothing in the closet), both of the same type (very flat). The only thing that wasn't perfectly clean was the shower rail, which was covered in very old limescale. The breakfast, included in the price, is a bit minimal for a four-star hotel. In conclusion, for a few euros more, I would have preferred a little more comfort in the room and a better breakfast selection. Francesco M

We fell in love! Family with 2 little girls, very spacious, clean, comfortable room, it looked newly renovated! Excellent breakfast, great location (10 minutes walk from the center), but the real difference is the hotel management! Very friendly, kind, and always available people, Ivan's kindness and Stefania's smile greeted us every morning and every evening... thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

Buon hotel in periferia a Milazzo. La stanza era ottima con un letto matrimoniale oversize. Buona anche la gentilezza e la cortesia del personale. Pulizia buona. La colazione è abbondante con molta scelta di salato ed un pò meno di dolce. Bevande da preparare al distributore automatico. Forse ci sarebbe la possibilità di ottenere un buon caffè espresso o un bel cappuccino fatto alla macchina tradizionale ma non ci è stato proposto. Prezzo in linea con un 4* ma appunto per questo mi sarei aspettato anche le ciabattine. Comunque ci ritornerei volentieri.

Rispetto allo scorso anno ho trovato un bagno con la doccia con la cipolla che non si reggeva, la colazione con cibo surgelato e buona parte delle altre cose inscatolato in Sicilia dove dal dolce al salato ci sono sapori unici non me lo aspetto. Confermo che è buono perché collocato vicino al porto ma forse non offre per il turista il giusto spirito siciliano

Hotel für Handwerker, Zimmer groß, teilweise für 4 Personen, Bad sauber, Lage in einer Einbahnstraße mit ausgesprochen viel Verkehr und vielen KFZ-Werkstätten und anderen Handwerksbetrieben. Laut Für eine Nacht auszuhalten, wenn man auf die Liparischen Inseln reisen will. Essen nicht ausreichend und wenig bis keine Auswahl, da wir in einer Gruppe unterwegs waren. 2 km bis zum Hafen zu laufen auf dieser vielbefahrenen Straße.
