I cannot believe that this resort receives anything above a 2 rating. They are definitely not catering for any tourist who speak english. Not one TV channel has english, there is no such thing as CNN or BBC News, EVERYTHING is translated to Italian even the multitude of American shows on offer. I booked a week at this resort via RCI and am very disappointed. The website states that the bus service to the beach is complimentary?? It is not you have to pay for it and when you get to the beach you pay for a spot on the designated beach for the resort, to the tune of 18 Euros per person per day or 65 Euros per person per week. The pool is not open all day and this is possibly the best the resort has on offer. We ordered a Pizza on our first evening and waited 2 Hours for the pizza. Very few people at the resort speak english and most use google translate to speak to you. The shower has "Black Mould" on the inside frame and between some tiles, even on the balcony you can see the mould. The shower is 900cm square and i had to step into the shower sideways and still hit the sliding door, i do not know how anybody over 120kg would get into the shower and i am 100Kg. Maintenance does not seem to be high on the agenda. Everything comes to a dead standstill between 1pm and 4pm daily. The only Chemist in the town was "Temporarily Closed" for the full week we were at the resort. The majority of the Tourist attractions within 100km of the resort were either closed or "Temporarily Closed" Most public beaches are in total dis-repair, you can imagine how popular they were a couple of years ago (Clearly there is no money or resources to maintain the infrastructure) but now all you find are overgrown parking locations (Which you have to pay for to stop at) even when you are 1 of 3 cars in the lot for the whole day. The best part of our week was a visit to Taranto where we spent a whole day sightseeing and enjoying the food.

We enjoyed a fabulous time here. The staff were great, facilities very good and food excellent! Beautiful building with individual apartments. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating and we really loved Angela behind the bar ! Lovely huge clean pool and plenty of beds. Very near the beach but the bus was always available free of charge. Although this was the last week before closing for the winter the service provided all round was excellent. We will definitely return!!

A week in a cottage. As soon as we arrived we had to do the cleaning because the house was very dirty. The half-broken furniture, and to make matters worse the hot water didn't work, even after the intervention of the technicians. The very nice swimming pool. In the bar I bought some LECCE PASTICCIOTTI that were at least a week old, the cream could be cut with a knife... Throw it away. The theater was pitiful, they should have put in professionals. I understand that if you want a nice and clean resort you have to pay more... But unfortunately this is the reality of Basilicata, Calabria and Sicily. Only and only dirty and unkempt structures.

Beautiful village, non-invasive animation, optimal for families with children. Unfortunately we were not happy with the accommodation treatment as at the end of the first week of stay at this village we had to change the accommodation reality and move to another villa, potentially losing an afternoon that we could have spent at the beach or in the archaeological area of Metaponto , very engaging and suggestive. The village is quiet and has an excellent value for money, equipped with a good restaurant, internal resale, minimarket, reception, bar, entertainment, tennis courts, table football, ping-pong, volleyball, children's playground, training ground adults, archery range, theater for evening shows, 2 shuttles to reach the famous beach of "Magna Grecia" and much more. Consider that being a "timeshare" if you choose periods longer than a week you could find yourself, as in our situation, changing the housing reality. Upon our arrival we were given a villa overlooking the pool but were immediately told that at the end of the week we would have to move to another villa. Excellent lunches and dinners at the restaurant da Domenico, where kindness courtesy hygiene and love for the raw material emerge immediately. We ate well, with the whole family and returned several times during our stay. The housing solutions are divided: a first area with a gallery and apartments arranged over several floors in a condominium style with balconies overlooking the swimming pool and the agora, including all services such as a bar, supermarket, pizzeria, reception, another area which surrounds the swimming pool composed of villas in Salento tuff. Very cool internally thanks to centralized air conditioning (without splitters) and ceiling fans in every room, with essential furnishings, kitchen, bathroom, up to seven beds.

I stayed 5 days in this Residence near the sea with all my family and we were served very well by Dolores at reception who explained all the functioning of the Club well, making our welcome even more pleasant. He even let us find a high chair for our baby in the room. The apartments are clean and functional, the staff is friendly, even at the pool. The shuttle driver to go to the beach (which is about 500 meters from the Club) is very professional; thanks also to Roberto from maintenance who helped us carry our luggage. The animation guys are very good, they made us spend carefree moments, the girls of the mini club are good. We hope to be back again next year!

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 19/07 al 26/07, prendendo l appartamento da un privato e non tramite struttura, parto dicendo che, la struttura sembra un po' ferma agli anni 90, il nostro appartamento non era proprio pulitissimo, basta un po' di accortezza in più, ma nel complesso confortevole! Il villaggio è molto carino, abbastanza curato, la piscina con vari livelli di profondità è ben curata e confortevole, ha anche un lato idromassaggio con seduta e cascata.Il ristorante a nostro avviso merita, personale attento e cordiale, Ana e Ylenia ti fanno sentire a casa, socievoli e simpatiche. Il pezzo forte però del villaggio è l animazione, il Capo Animazione Matteo è davvero simpaticissimo e carnale,coinvolgente sia durante la giornata che di sera, come tutto il suo staff. Ci siamo divertiti un sacco a guardare gli spettacoli da loro proposti, e il nostro consiglio è di non perdere nemmeno uno spettacolo xké meritano davvero tanto! Sicuramente ritorneremo 💪🏻
