Beautiful structure in a quiet and convenient location (10 minutes from the beach, 15/20 minutes from the beautiful central street of San Vincenzo and in front of a small shopping center with supermarket, pharmacy, pastry shop). Unfortunately we had the keys to the apartment after 18.00, therefore on the first day of the holiday he left at the reception even though we had reported the approximate time of arrival. customers were visibly upset. We had a similar experience in the past but in that case they had the initiative to offer customers an aperitif which made the wait less stressful... This can be a suggestion. It would be nice to add a hairdryer in the apartments. Very nice swimming pool... I greatly appreciated the tranquility of this common area (absence of music, water aerobics and so on).

Due to my daughter's belated decision, we booked a stay in early July at this property in San Vincenzo. The four of us, my wife and I, my daughter and granddaughter, chose a two-room apartment with 2 bedrooms and occupied a large three-room apartment which, in addition to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom, was equipped with a spacious dining room with kitchenette and kitchen accessories . The accommodation was exactly as described, ground floor as requested, well maintained and well furnished with the expected extras, w-fii and microwave. Swimming pool on the roof of the house accessible by lift to the fourth floor. The structure is well maintained and the staff efficient. Convenient parking for the car, also covered. The location of the residence is close to the beaches, which can be reached via a railway underpass. A large supermarket and a pharmacy are about a hundred meters away. The center of San Vincenzo is about 800 meters away, where there are all types of services from bathing establishments and restaurants, pizzerias and delicatessens. In conclusion, an excellent accommodation managed with professionalism. Unfortunately the cost, probably due to our late booking, has risen beyond our assumed budget, but the satisfaction of having had a good stay without any kind of unexpected event remains. Bad place! We had asked for a double room and at the last minute they informed us that it was not possible… Then, although we had asked the staff not to enter our apartment, we found them inside several times (even catching us present in the apartment), also leaving everything dirty… Not to mention the broken boiler after a day, the ants present in quantities in the bedroom, the staff who enter the balcony taking the black garbage bags and leaving the garbage uncovered on the balcony, the noises at any time of the day… .. Unprofessional staff, not respectful, sometimes rude! Not to be chosen as a quiet place, it is anything but quiet!

Il Residence Santa Costanza ha un servizio accettabile, ma il problema principale è stato l'acqua: quella che arrivava era estremamente sporca, rendendo impossibile usarla. Questo tipo di disservizio rovina completamente il soggiorno. Siamo stati costretti a passare l ultimo dell' anno sudati e sporchi.

Quella torre centrale panoramica è spettacolare! i calconcini sono una delizia! e poi dalle piscine, immersi nell'acqua, si gode un panorama spettacolare (a 14 metri da terra!! uno sballo)

Abbiamo trovato questo residence all'ultimo minuto dopo aver deciso di allungare le nostre vacanze in zona e siamo molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta "last minute". Ci è stato assegnato un comodo e spazioso appartamento al secondo piano, dotato di biancheria da letto e da bagno. L'appartamento era molto pulito e con un comodo balcone attrezzato con un piccolo stendino e tavolo con sedie. Al nostro arrivo ci sono stati dati dei braccialetti per l'accesso alle roof pool, le piscine sul tetto. Molto caratteristiche la sera al tramonto per un attimo di relax dopo una giornata al mare. Segnalo inoltre che all'ultimissimo abbiamo deciso di aggiungere un'ulteriore notte e in reception si sono organizzati per permetterci di farla rimanendo nello stesso appartamento. La struttura è dotata di ampio parcheggio compreso nel prezzo e vicinissima c'è la coop per la spesa per il soggiorno. Per noi questo residence è stato una bella scoperta!
