Bad experience.
There was a time limit of 7pm to check in. We had to rush our trip to do the check in in time.
The room was dirty.
There were no towels and no bedsheets. We had to pay to get both.
The staff don't speak English.

We had a not so good experience with Villagio Orrizzonte. We came for family holidays, 15 days, but the promiscuity with the neighbors is too high. We heard them snorring, going to the toilet... Storage is not suitable for 5 people...

It was a super holiday in Villagio Orizzonte. We'll come back next year. All was very good. Tenis, swiming pool was very good. The apartments were very nice and clean. Beach and sea was beautiful. We traveled on the beach by train and walk.

Perfect place for families: Houses and cleanliness above the average, just some improvements on services required (connection village - beach in particular). You can practise a lot of sport and have fun in the evening.

We stayed here for 5 days. Everything was perfect, the cleansing of house, the privacy and the silence near the home. Also the restaurant was really good and the two pools(one at north and one at south)allow us to take relax without crowd. Very appreciated the tree-lined streets, the park and dog park too. Very gentle and kind were all the people at the reception. I loved the possibility to visit Isola D'Elba, taking ferry at Piombino which is about 15 minutes by car from the village. Last but not least, the beautiful train to reach the beach, where you can even arrive with a walk (protected by a fence) of 20min.

Unfriendly and rude staff especially the reception lady who is right at the entrance of the village; uffet restaurant with no choice, always empty and the little food present of poor quality. Breakfast not varied, always the same croissants (when they are found) and the same cake for 4 days.

Very clean with all opsion i was bere with friend:s. We rent a bike and Wendy Wendy ti the beach and ti the swinming pool.in the morning Wendy gas breakfast ti the bar and Taking cappuccino and croissant.

I want to say thank you to all the Staff from the reservation department to the housekeeping! We staid for two weeks - 2 adults and 2 kids- in the village and everything was simply amazing! The kindeness of the receptionists, the animation Staff who got us entertained for the whole stay on the beach and on the pools have been superb!!!! What to say about the food???? We had the half board treatment and the quality of the food can be defined as a 5 stars hotel!!! Great chefs! Great time in the kitchen and the service was amazing!!!! Thanks to all waiters/waitresses and staff manager! The only thing I would suggest is to renovate all bungalows as the standards are quite basic and we can see some scratches on walls...as well as the market that is quite small and it doesn’t have a large variety of food; not even vegetables are really fresh in the early morning. Thanks a lot for everything
