Nice place , rooms are clean and cool, there is an A/C for every room but I didn't felt the need. Shower is spacious, the furniture is new and the structure has a very nice swimming pool. It has even a small Jacuzzi ! The breakfast made of of a lot local pastries, fresh orange juice from real oranges, eggs, ham , cheese ,olive bread , yogurts .The restaurant has a good cuisine. Local and typical Italian dishes. Calamarata was very good, mix grilled meat very good also.

We stayed 12 days. Lovely place!! everything was perfect from the abundant breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and the various homemade pasticciottti and cakes!! large clean room facing the swimming pool!! à la carte restaurant then exceptional!! what about the owners?? truly wonderful people !!my wife Tanya and I will always carry them in our hearts!!a big hug to Cesare and Loredana!!and a special greeting to the cleaning girl Tania too..very cute!!super recommended and we hope to see you again!!

Ottima masseria dove relax, natura e sapori pugliesi si accomunano. Abbiamo prenotato l' ultima stanza rimasta ma tutto è andato benissimo, svegliarsi con il cinguettio degli uccelli non ha prezzo. Gli spazi sono enormi e la piscina super funzionale con lettini super comodi. Ottimo qualità prezzo, lacerazione compresa nel prezzo prevedeva una grande varietà riprodotti tipici del territorio. Grazie per gli ottimi consigli.

Ho avuto il piacere di festeggiare il battesimo di mio figlio e posso affermare che è stata un’esperienza straordinaria! Atmosfera raffinata,personale cortese e attento a ogni dettaglio, proprietari Cesare e Loredana eccellenti. La cucina è un tripudio di sapori, tutti i piatti sono un’opera d’arte. Non posso far altro che consigliare questo ristorante per dare un tocco in più al vostro evento.

Accomodati in una sorta di campo da calcio con tanto di tappeto di erba finta e delle bianche ed accecanti luci diamo inizio agli assaggi culinari locali: Pittule e crocchette fatte in casa dall'ottimo sapore, appena speziato e ben fritte; Polipo in umido con patate, tenero e gustoso; Orecchiette alle cime di rapa con burrata salate oltremisura. Sconcertante il semifreddo confezionato a base di profiteroles con gelato al pistacchio, servito sciolto, caldo e con pezzetti di plastica. Servizio celere ma confusionario.

Per la nostra terza tappa della vacanza in Puglia 2024 abbiamo soggiornato alla "Relais masseria casina dei cari". Si tratta di una antica masseria che è stata ampliata con unità indipendenti adiacenti la struttura storica. Location quindi caratteristica. Parlando solo della camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato noi nella parte antica , posso dire che la camera era dimensionalmente soddisfacente ( ridipinta da poco credo) e il bagno era invece minimale come dimensioni. Per tutto il resto posso dire che tutto il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e attento a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. La colazione servita era ottima e abbondante. Di buon livello anche il ristorante che abbiamo utilizzato in pratica per tutte le serate di permanenza alla masseria. Se vi piace il tipo di location quindi "Relais masseria casina dei cari"è una struttura da tenere in considerazione per le vostre vacanze in Puglia.

La struttura è senza ogni dubbio meravigliosa e tenuta alla perfezione. La zona piscina decisamente d’effetto. L’idea è quella di offrire una zona di estremo relax immersi nella natura e nel silenzio. Peccato per le persone (e mi riferisco alla clientela maleducata che non manca mai) che spesso sono riuscite a rovinare la magia del posto. Deliziosi e molto disponibili i titolari con i quali ho avuto il piacere di scambiare più volte alcune parole. Ottimo il ristorante interno che senza dubbio offre un servizio comodo ed elegante per chi non vuole uscire la sera. E a questo proposito è d’obbligo una parola speciale per il cameriere che ci ha seguiti per le due settimane di soggiorno ; Giuseppe si è dimostrato simpaticissimo, professionale e molto disponibile. Un punto in più , quindi, grazie al personale di servizio, davvero TOP!

Ci sono stato diverse volte, anche per periodi prolungati (fino a 2 settimane), il posto è incantevole, anche se alcuni dettagli avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata (ad esempio arredi piscina o bagno camera). Comunque è in ottima posizione per raggiungere le spiagge più belle della zona, è sopra una collina quindi più ventilato rispetto alle strutture vicine al mare. Ottima colazione, personale sempre gentile e disponibile.
