Best Hotels in Province of Fermo, Italy

I was a guest of this hotel from 13 to 18 August and I was really wondering how you could manage such an activity! I had requested a water massage suite by email, as on the site it talks about bath and some with water massage suites, they answer me that there is no problem but when I arrive, they tell me they have wrong and they have no water massage rooms. Patience, I go beyond, but come to the room with a two-month child, I find dust everywhere, I present it and they're working to clean it. The whole room has never been cleaned, the suite, which they sell as such, is a simple family room: there is no room and there is no separate environment that must have a suite to be such! Finally, and perhaps worse than anything, the phone was placed next to the bathroom, without the possibility of unconnecting it, with the risk that making the bath can die lightning, as the bath is very glided!!! At the checkout I remember all this and I feel like to answer, from a very dry lady, ”That's how I can't do anything!” Without any excuse to come to meet us in any way!!! Pure Crazy!!! The lady of breakfast and restaurant is only a positive note: really nice and sympathetic!
