The room and entire hotel was super clean and well taken care of. The service from staff was phenomenal, especially from who I believe to be the manager. Breakfast selection was pretty good with a bunch of different baked goodies and cereal. Lastly, the hotel was nicely placed not far from the train station, neither the beach, although to be fair it’s a small town along the coast.

The hotel is strategic, 100 metres from the main course of Cosenza, easily reachable from the motorway and with private garage. The staff is very friendly and efficient and the rooms are clean and functional. Breakfast is standard. A good hotel if you want to take a break in the north-south trips.

Ho soggiornato per una settimana con un'offerta vantaggiosissima tramite DLT Viaggi, a quanto pare unica modalità per prenotare. Ho trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno in compagnia di mio figlio. L'hotel è a oltre un chilometro dal mare, ma c'è un servizio navetta che lascia i visitatori a circa 100 metri dal lido convenzionato. Quest'ultimo è davvero organizzato, con bar, ristorante, bagni e servizio spiaggia impeccabili. Tuttavia fa un po' strano non poter prenotare il proprio ombrellone per tutto il soggiorno, ma dover arrivare sempre ogni mattino in tempo per accaparrarsi il migliore possibile. Il mare lascia senza parole: spiaggia fatta di pietre non particolarmente fastidiose (ma consiglio ciabattine), discesa al mare nella norma (comincia a non toccarsi dopo qualche metro), acqua cristallina e poco mossa (grazie a frangiflutti al largo, nonostante il porto adiacente). Venendo alla struttura, le camere sono piuttosto diverse tra loro a seconda di dove avviene l'ubicazione. Le camere che si trovano nel palazzo della reception sono molto ampie, mentre quelle un po' più piccoline, dove ho soggiornato, ma con molta soddisfazione, sono nelle palazzine adiacenti, in zona piscina. In camera c'è il frigo bar e la cassaforte, tv e un (fondamentale) condizionatore. Bagni nella norma, così come le docce. Pulizia quotidiana soddisfacente, ma le lenzuola non vengono cambiate quotidianamente. Alla reception cordiali ma non particolarmente socievoli, hanno però dimenticato di dirci che ci sono delle card (da 15 o 30 euro) che rappresentano l'unica moneta di pagamento al bar del ristorante e in piscina. A proposito di piscina, questa è molto piccola, ma ben curata da un ragazzo molto simpatico e volenteroso. Aperta solo in determinati orari, è dotata di un bar mediamente fornito. Il ristorante è gestito egregiamente da un bravissimo maitre, mentre i camerieri, molti dei quali stranieri ed alcuni che addirittura non parlano l'italiano, sono piuttosto servizievoli e sufficientemente professionali. Discreta scelta di piatti e una soluzione pronta sempre per i più piccoli; la colazione invece non particolarmente variegata e alla fine monotona (tra l'altro consiglio di prendere il caffè, a pagamento) al bar della struttura. Chiudo con l'animazione, piuttosto altalenante, ma decisamente al di sopra della media di quelle riscontrate spesso negli hotel. Nel complesso un soggiorno soddisfacente, che rapportato al prezzo pagato diventa MOLTO soddisfacente

Vacanze in Calabria e pernottamento per cinque notti in questo posto molto bello. Partiamo dal personale. Ho trovato tutti molto cordiali, disponibili, sorridenti e professionali. In cinque giorni solo una volta non ci hanno salutato o sorriso: una ragazza molto giovane e piccolina durante la colazione. Mha... Cibo...ottimo. Abbiamo cenato in 4 e abbiamo trovato grande cortesia e ottima qualità. Ottimo anche il prezzo. Bella piscina. Forse forse...non sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta delle camere. Per essere un posto con quei prezzi a notte, forse, farei più attenzione ad alcuni dettagli sia nella pulizia sia nella presentazione della camera. A parte tutto ciò...ci tornerei. Vanno rivisti solo alcuni particolari.

I don't know where to start, the good sense suggests that I start from the beginning; we arrived in the afternoon, there was the sun out, inside no. The hotel is already bad, and it's just the beginning. Guests and staff of the hotel without mask and wearing bad (under the nose). I asked the child at the reception what anti-covid safety arrangements were and he answered me in a perfect way, lifting his mask, listing all the rules. I interrupt it by congratulating on the security it is incurring, but I note that not everyone respects it. He answers ”what's worse”. I check-in we go up to prepare and go to the sea, but after a quick perluration I had to pull out my kit (I call it survival) and I got to clean (picture annex) The thermotherms of the bathroom on which the fabrics were put for a shower; in the room I don't know what was on the ground because the colour of the floor hides well, but in the bathroom hair and hair everywhere like ahim, in the bedrooms; a true indecency. Wi-Fi was not available or slow, the breakfast was as traumatic, dirty towed, both on the buffet tables and on the tables where to breakfast, people without masks that were around the tables approaching the buffet and that did not was taken up. Children without control ... really indecent. Fabulous moral all positive reviews may refer to the hotel next door with similar name. Be careful not to confuse. Recommended!

This place is truly a gem! You get to be in a splendid old home, in the old part of Cosenza. Amazing floors and furniture, large rooms with heirlooms, and some interesting art. I am especially grateful to Franco and Patrizia are such gracious hosts, and helped us in so many ways, with keys, directions and an amazing breakfast that included 2 home made sweets and marmellata (jam for your toast!). I can't wait to return. I loved it.
