Nice complex, our visit was out of season so tough to truly judge. Geared towards family stays in summer. Very loud, some event was on night of our last stay. Firecrackers etc woke us up. Room seemed to be right above hall or kitchen very loud until at least midnight both nights. Not full service at this time, all amenities needed to be pre arranged. Beach access was closed at this time as well.

We were off season. The staff was nice but, at the limit, a bit pushy to sell services.

I liked the proximity to the beach.
I didn't like the noise of the train my first week when my room was at the far back of the hotel.

I do not recommand this hotel. We must wear a hat at pool. It si not how i see my journey at pool during summer in such complex hotel. They do not held towel. You must bring your own. The access to rooms are inconvenient and long. Not easy to get access to the pool as well. I am very disappointed to have booked this hotel and will choose an another one next time. Expensive for the quality… Positive points: hotel clean at least, not far from beach if you prefer rather that beach.

Ecco la mia valutazione con voti da 1 a 10 Ubicazione 10: a pochi passi dal mare, con vista meravigliosa e spiaggetta privata Arredamento 8: meriterebbe una rinfrescata anche se funzionante e manutenuto Personale 7: educato ma un po’ troppo friendly per i miei gusti Colazione 7: il salato andrebbe rinforzato, sala da pranzo anonima Parcheggio 9: a ridosso dell’albergo e gratuito Camera 8: un po’ datata ma ampia, pulita e con terrazzo (suggerirei di implementare le prese di corrente) Bagno 9: ampio, pulito e ben fornito di asciugamani Comfort del sonno 5: il letto è comodo ma la struttura è spesso utilizzata per eventi (matrimoni e simili) con musica alta fino a tardi Piscina 9: ampia e piacevole Sensazione percepita di ospitalità 7: approccio al cliente educato ma poco empatico Qualità/prezzo 9

Ho avuto modo di festeggiare due eventi a me importanti presso il ristorante "La principessa", i miei 18 anni e la mia laurea. Il servizio è stato un punto forte: il personale era cortese, attento alle nostre esigenze e sempre disponibile a dare consigli e suggerimenti. Ogni piatto era preparato con cura e presentato in modo impeccabile, la varietà nel menù ha soddisfatto tutti , era tutto delizioso, con sapori eccezionali. Inoltre, l'atmosfera era perfetta elegante e confortevole. Ringrazio nuovamente il ristorante la "Principessa" per aver reso i miei traguardi ancora più significativi. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque voglia festeggiare un'occasione speciale o a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza culinaria di alta qualità in un ambiente accogliente, professionale e raffinato.
