Senza infamia e senza lode, tutto sommato fattibile per chi non deve restare molto. Stanza da rivedere, impianto TV non funzionante, qualche odore sgradevole proveniente dal wc durante la notte, assenza di stendino e di carta igienica che ho dovuto richiedere. Mare a 500 MT da raggiungere a piedi su strada priva di marciapiede.
In compenso ho trovato una prima colazione impeccabile anche per clienti stranieri.

We stayed in this hotel for a long time with two dogs and we were welcomed very well. Dogs are allowed in all areas and there is plenty of space to walk them. The hotel is located in a truly special place, on a hill overlooking the sea and the island of Cirella. The swimming pool has this panoramic view, as do the garden and the restaurant. The sunsets are wonderful. The beach can be reached with a walk, Diamante is 3 minutes away by car. The room, large and with a balcony, was very clean and had everything we needed, including a brand new hairdryer. The breakfast is rich, the Calabrian sweets are delicious, for dinner there were alternating land and sea dishes, with house wine. Once a week there was an aperitif with music and entertainment. A truly pleasant and relaxing holiday, thanks to Antonio and Gina, the fantastic Mrs. Cristina and the guys on the staff who made us feel at home in Calabria!

Travel back in time, hotel from the 80s in management, furnishings and room layout, shower too small and narrow, lack of wardrobe. Family-run management and staff (not all) unprofessional. Enchanting place for its location and view of the island of Cirella and sunsets. No shuttle to the sea but for lovers there is a swimming pool overlooking the view. Medium/low quality of food, no fresh fruit for breakfast (there is fruit salad from the night before served for dinner), no typical dishes, only pork in all sauces and side dishes that are not very varied and almost never well paired with the second course (no salad and chips 3 times in 7 days even as a side dish for fish). The effort of the managers is appreciated but it would really take very little to make the Hotel Cristina a place to return to. If you happen to be there you need to have a great spirit of adaptation.

I have been for the second time this year June and September because I fell in love with the place.. you feel at home.. hotel czela a beautiful and romantic visit.. a marvel at sunset.. nice rooms.. lots of colors.. excellent cleaning.. good food.. kind staff.. beautiful pool especially in the evening with lots of lights.. beach service.. in a few words to return again..

Porzioni piccole per i prezzi che hanno. Per il senza glutine hanno pane confezionato, e avendo ordinato polpo c’era una frisella all’interno. Buono fino a lì, pasta (normale) come se fosse precotta, frittura di calamari con calamaro non pulito molto bene (gladio presente..l’osso) anche sé buona alla fine. Vino non versato al tavolo ma si sono presi i calici e riempito in cucina. Nel complesso non ritornerei assolutamente! Delusi.
