This small family business makes every effort to ensure that its guests have an unforgettable stay.
The rooms as well as the whole hotel are very clean and you can enjoy a fantastic view of Lake Como.
The excellent breakfast is the icing on the cake.

Best hotel experience I have had in a long time. Friendliest and most helpful staff, we spent two nights here, our room was cosy and clean, the views from our room were magnificent. It was very accessible from the town using the funicular, and the hotel arranged a shuttle service. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner with a view at their restaurant (MamaGina café had the most wholesome foods) we can't wait to get back there again soon.

If you love surprises, this hotel is for you—but not in a good way. Here’s a quick rundown of our stay: - The room was dirty and reeked of mold. - Moisture was everywhere, giving it an unfortunate swamp-like vibe. - It looked nothing like the photos on their website. We’ve attached photos taken on-site for reference. Naturally, we left the hotel the same day. Despite our efforts to contact the manager regarding our complaint, our emails remain unanswered.

The staff at this hotel are fabulous and the location a real getaway from the crowds in Como. We spent our anniversary as well as new years at the hotel. It was a really pleasant stay for those who want to experience lake Como from up high in the mountain. The funicular brought us down to town everyday and the hotel staff provides transfers to the funicular

Amazing experience! The staff was incredibly kind and even upgraded our room—wow, the views were stunning! The restaurant served incredible food, and at the end of our stay, they gave us a thoughtful gift with Italian products. Highly recommend!

My friend and I stayed here and booked the junior suite with the balcony. we would highly recommend this room as you have an incredible view of Lake Como. The staff from the outset were incredible and made us feel welcomed. We ate at the restaurant and ordered room service to our room. the food was amazing, especially the gnocchi and Tiramisu! We a fabulous time so much so that we booked to come back next summer on our way back to London 😊 Grazie mille for a lovely short break!

We loved the hotel. The room was cool and very clean and comfortable. The views of Lake Como from the hotel were amazing and it was also such a quiet and peaceful location. The staff was very kind and helpful. All in all we would really recommend and go back.

An incredible hotel with stunning views! The pool, sauna and hot tub were perfectly placed to experience the views. Magda was super helpful and attentive to all our needs. The rooms had everything you needed and the breakfast was delicious. You do however, need to plan your journey to/from the hotel well as the queue from the funicular can be lengthy and you may need to wait a little while for a lift back to the hotel. Overall, we had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!
