My husband and I visited at the end of February. It was quiet (off-season) and we received a marvelous reception at the front desk. The restaurant offers a delightful menu. The chef is highly-skilled, offering creative and tasty dishes. The atmosphere is serene. You have marvelous views and access to local hiking on Mt. Etna. Highly recommend.

hotel sperduto nelle valli dell'etna, camere silenziosissime e abbastanza pulite, forse un pò retrò, personale familiare garbato ed attento alle esigenze, colazione ricca e ristorante molto gustoso. da provare, torneremo sicuramente!

Wunderbares kleines Haus mit äusserst gastfreundlichen und sympathischen Menschen. Hoher Wohlfühl-Faktor. Grosse Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Kleine aber feine Auswahl bei Frühstück und Nachtessen. Top-Lage für Aetna-Besuche (mit dem Funiculare).

Ogni anno clienti fissi dell'hotel Villa Dorata e quest'anno siamo rimasti particolarmente contenti in quanto abbiamo trovato una maggiore cura e attenzione per il nostro soggiorno. Personale veramente disponibile e gentile, camere confortevoli e colazione assolutamente migliorata con prodotti freschi e preparati in casa, ogni giorno molto variegata. A presto.

Abbiamo sogirnato due notti li,e posso dire che un posto bellissimo 💕 personale disponibile e molto qualificato.colazione ottima...e poi la cosa buona che sono ammessi animali senza nessun supplemento da pagare (diciamo che molto raro da trovare in questi tempi). Sicuramente ci tornerò!

Mi ero fidata delle recensioni... Ma... Arrivati in hotel ci accoglie una Gentilissima Signora che ci accompagna in una camera con tetto spiovente bassissimo e finestrella piccolissima, quindi molto buia.Se non fai attenzione ci lasci la capa e se soffri di claustrofobia ti viene una crisi di panico. Eravamo io mio marito e il mio bimbo di 1 e mezzo in mezza pensione così,la sera scendiamo per cena. Al tavolo era già pronto il menu: antipasto, primo, secondo, e dessert. Solo dopo l'ordine ci viene detto che il trattamento di mezza pensione prevedeva o antipasto e primo o antipasto e secondo. Dico.... Ma perché? Trattamento di mezza pensione non significa mezza cena. Abbiamo pur sempre pagato 160 euro per una notte. Piatti molto molto miseri e niente di eccezionale. Frigo in camera assente. Qualche punto in più lo darei al personale, molto gentile. Il resto deludente.
