To our surprise, the owners/managers decided on the day not to open the restaurant....which meant a late trip back into Caltagirone. Had this been communicated earlier, we might have decided to stay in the town over night. A student doing part time work at the villa had been left behind to man the front desk, without the villa's laptop with all the reservations.......The rooms were small, and the bathrooms smaller still. We decided against an early morning swim after seeing the state of the pool. The staff preparing breakfast were very friendly. The breakfast was served in a room packed tight with tables and was typical Italian - sweet cakes, little fruit. Good coffee. We expected more home made items - but that was generally limited to the jams. We had parked our car overnight in the hotel's car park - only to experience a rapidly deflating tyre within the first 10 kilometers after our departure due to a new puncture........overall, a very disappointing experience. The owners do not seem to care.

Very disappointed about this place. Negative points: the cleaning: the room was not so clean, mold in the bathroom, spider web in the room, blanket with stains and outside couches in the patio not very clean. The owner ( older lady) unfriendly, not talking and bothered to answer to any questions. The bathroom very small! Breakfast variety could be improved. Positive points: Beautiful and large Swimming pool overall outside area around quiet nice Daughter of the owner is friendly Definitely pricy !!

Ho trascorso un weekend in questa bellissima struttura. L'intento era rilassarsi e vivere un'esperienza immersi nella natura. Grazie a Loredana e al suo staff qualificato ci sono riuscita. Disponibilità e cortesia sono di casa. Camera pulita e dotata di ogni confort, ottimo cibo tipico siciliano, passeggiata a cavallo tranquilla e in un habitat naturalistico di tutto rispetto,SPA ben curata e con vista sulla vallata. Sono stata molto bene e conto di ritornare. Una piacevole scoperta.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet établissement. Restauration sans interet. Petit déjeuner banal. Chambre très sombre. Mais surtout, j'ai égaré un sac de vêtements. Dans un premier temps, l'on m'a confirmé avoir retrouvé mon sac , et on devait me l'envoyer par voie postale. Depuis je les ai relancés maintes fois sans succés. Ces gérants sont malhonnêtes, voleurs. Ce comportement n'est pas digne d'un établissement soit disant d'un tel standing!!! Enorme déception. C'est la première fois que nous sommes confrontés à un professionnel du tourisme aussi malhonnête. A bannir!!!

Insieme alla mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso giorno 15 presso questa Villa. Immersa nella natura, piscina pulitissima, organizzazione perfetta. Eravamo circa un centinaio di persone, e per la prima volta, posso dire che è stata la prima struttura dove nessuno aveva problemi di postazioni in piscina tra sdraio e sedute varie. L’organizzazione molto dettagliata, dalla cuffia al rispetto delle regole. Per evitare Caos il responsabile ha fatto pagare anticipatamente a tutti l’ingresso, rilasciando i dei ticket da utilizzare per la ristorazione. Li un po’ di trambusto. Alcune persone, prima di arrivare a pranzo si sono cominciate a lamentare per il pagamento anticipato, ripetendo testuali parole.. “così non possiamo chiedere nessun sconto”; secondo me certa gente è meglio che non esce da casa, ma detto ciò.. il cibo abbondante, fatto al momento e squisito. Dagli antipasti, ai primi e per concludere il set di carne alla griglia, stupenda. Unica pecca, il ritardo avuto.. a mio avviso, con tutta la mia famiglia ci siamo rilassati e la tolleranza dell’ora di ritardo non ha comportato nessun problema (responsabili e staff educatissimi e preparatissimi nel gestire tale situazione); ma per, molti pochi altri è stato spunto di “sconto”. Reputo che se si era mangiato male allora ci si poteva lamentare, ma oggettivamente non si può dire niente sul cibo servito. Nel totale E stata una bellissima esperienza e sicuramente ritorneremo nei periodi non festivi per goderci questo paradiso nel pieno relax

Come prima cosa devo fare i complimenti ai proprietari Vittorio e Antonio. Location spettacolare immerso nella natura. Cibo squisito e seguito nei minimi dettagli. Un ringraziamento anche al maitre Giacomo, super disponibile e gentile. Consigliata per chi vuole passare una vacanza in modo rilassata e tranquilla. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Per variare, Abbiamo deciso quest’anno di trascorrere il nostro ferragosto presso questo agriturismo; che dire: Organizzazione dell’evento iniziato giorno 14 pomeriggio e terminato giorno 15 sera super perfetto. Animazione, buffet del 14 sera (meglio di un matrimonio), torta, cornetti caldi, fuochi, animazione piscina aperta tutta la giornata.. il 15? Colazione inclusa, animazione tutta la giornata e il pranzo… un pranzo stupendo tra antipasti della casa, vari salumi, formaggi caponata, parmigiana, torta di patate, super la trippa, il carpaccio e la ricotta fresca al forno! E sicuramente altro che mi dimentico. I due primi spettacolari e il misto ai ferri di prima scelta. Il dolce? Come lo faceva mia nonna!! Unica pecca, ma che sicuramente non ha rovinato la giornata, il ritardo di un ora circa del servizio. I ragazzi con tutto lo staff super gentili e sono stati in grado di rimediare a tale problema! Una pecca su mille pregi che potrà servire solo a migliore! Inoltre, la villa è immersa nel verde con un grazioso maneggio e varie stanze. Sicuramente, già deciso che ritorneremo per pernottare! Complimenti ragazzi a presto 💪🏻

Bello il posto, con tanto verde, la piscina bella e grande, ottima pure la piscina più piccola per i piccoli.. L’animazione non male, coinvolgente.. Ma l’organizzazione pessima. Abbiamo trascorso la giornata del 15 agosto in questa struttura, ci hanno sistemato il tavolo fuori, all’aperto con una temperatura che più o meno era sui 35 gradi, alcuni posti a sedere sotto il sole.. Cominciano a servirci l’antipasto in torno alle 14 e a parte il pane che sicuramente era del giorno prima, non è stato male male.. Dopo circa 1 ora, i camerieri( esenti da colpe) cominciano ad uscire i menù bimbi ed anche qui una confusione assurda, piatti in più, tavoli che lamentavano il fatto che ancora non era arrivato niente ai bimbi.. Pasta al pomodoro cruda e immangiabile. Verso le 15.30 arriva uno dei nostri primi, una lasagna che solo a vederla faceva passare l’appetito.. L’acqua che arrivava era calda, per non parlare del vino.. Già parecchi commensali si lamentavano, e lasciavano i tavoli per recarsi in piscina, sia per l’ora che per la pessima qualità.. Dopo altra attesa, arriva il secondo 1º, be rispetto al precedente era mangiabile, solo che erano le 16 del pm e quindi avrebbero potuto servirci una merenda.. Tutti i presenti lasciano i tavoli, al che il cameriere si affaccia e ci dice: Abbiamo aspettato ulteriormente che portassero il secondo, l’arrosto che non abbiamo consumato ma incartato e portato via.. Il costo della giornata è stato di 45€ a persona, avrebbero fatto bene a farci pagare solo l’ingresso in piscina con pranzo libero.. Esperienza terribilmente deludente..
