I have to say the place is amazing. The service and what they offer not so much. We came at 10am, check in at 3pm so decided to enjoy the sun but everything was booked up so we sat on a platform but had to leave because of maintenance issues then asked for a kayak and it wasn't possible so again disappointing. Took a bike, went for a swim when we came back at 7pm we couldn't take it again because " all services are shut at 7pm" what a crazy idea. I'm staying paying €230 for 1 night and can't take a bike so we asked for kayak again and was a NO! Room is nice but sockets are out and broken! This place could be amazing but I guess they are trying to save money So bad...

Ho soggiornato 1 notte in questo Serort al quale darei 4 stelle per il panorama e x la spa ma la stanza x l’amor di Dio … 1 stella e regalata ! Lodje sul lago con verandina esterna con cuscini sulle sdraio e dondolo sporchissimi . Il bagno che dire pieno di scarafaggini piccoli che non so da dove continuavano a venire fuori nonostante li uccidevo . Anche sulle tende . Facevamo la doccia con loro . Infissi ( di cui allego foto ) sporchi . Capisco che stai in mezzo alla natura ma x quello che paghi è inaccettabile. Non è certo un b&b ! Spa molto bella e assistita bene ,spazi comuni ancora poco curati forse perché maggio nn so . La cosa che assolutamente non mi è piaciuta è che può avere accesso chiunque dall’ingresso e dalla strada senza controlli. Non mi sono sentita per nulla al sicuro ,uscendo dalla nostra camera ci siamo ritrovati davanti un ragazzo di colore che non era della struttura trasandato e con abiti strappati che si aggirava tra i vari lodje e che vedendosi osservato ci ha guardato molto male . Siamo andati a far notare la presenza a chi di dovere ma a mio avviso in un posto esclusivo come questo dovrebbe esserci una security o chi per loro fisso h 24 alla sbarra dell ingresso considerato che all’esterno è della struttura è strapieno di gente poco raccomandabile. Non so se lo consigliere

Esperienza in completo relax, la consiglio alle coppie che hanno bisogno di staccare la spina dalla routine. Io personalmente sono stata con mia sorella senza bimbi e senza partner…. Un fantastico momento tutto nostro! La natura intorno rende il tutto meraviglioso… Lo yoga con l’istruttrice Dafne, i massaggi professionali di Claudia e Enza, la simpatia e disponibilità del personale tutto….

Posto spettacolare. Immerso nella natura. Purtroppo segnalo alcune cose negative. L'unico ristorante della struttura è caro e con cibi non all'altezza del prezzo. La manutenzione lascia a desiderare. Molte bici fuori uso, strade bianche con molte buche, stanza modesta con il plus della vista lago che fa dimenticare altre pecche. Il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile.

Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno in questa struttura È st tt perfetto Lodge sul lago pulito e romantico Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo apprezzato molto la privacy del luogo e la lezione di meditazione con bagno di suoni con il simpaticissimo e bravissimo Davide Colazione in camera fantastica Ritorneremo sicuramente per alloggiare in una delle “tende” ☺️

Siamo stati in questo resort, per esattezza nel lodge…Posto bellissimo, forse l’unica cosa bella del posto. Accoglienza scortese é dire poco, personale scocciato e poco accogliente, sia precedentemente per via telefono, sono stato contattato 2 giorni prima di capodanno per una risposta IMMEDIATA sul tipo di menú scelto, essendo in 2 non ho saputo dare una risposta subito, scocciandosi mi hanno detto di ricontattarli. Arrivati nel lodge bottiglia di prosecco (calda) offerta come da pacchetto. La cena di capodanno un disastro totale, inizio cena 19;30…alle 21;30 abbiamo finito di mangiare e siamo state 2h e mezza ad aspettare la mezzanotte. Check-out previsto dal pacchetto di capodanno (posticipato in giornata) in realtá la camera devi liberarla comunque rimanendo in struttura senza meta..POCA PROFESSIONALITÁ, A MAI PIU!

Luogo fantastico dove natura e silenzio la fanno da padrone. Viste rilassanti che aprono la mente. Personale gentilissimo. Nel nostro percorso SPA siamo stati accomoagnati da Angela che ci ha fatto riscoprire l'importanza della prevenzione e della cura del benessere. Nel tardo pomeriggio abbiamo partecipato alla lezione di meditazione con le campane tibetane. In base alla nostra esperienza è un'esperienza assolutamente consigliata.
