Stanze datate, di futuro c'è solo il nome... Gli scarichi del bagnetto puzzavano terribilmente, doccia a corridoio minuscola con una tendina che neanche ci si girava tanto erano strette... Cuscini pezzati che il collo gridava pietá e letti cigolanti... Una matrimoniale era praticamente fatta da due lettini uniti... Cigolanti e vecchi! Le foto sono abbastanza illusorie, non andateci!!!!

Soggiornato a Giugno 2024 per un evento importante della città di Aversa, purtroppo c’è stato un problema al sistema di climatizzazione, ospiti insoddisfatti, personale non eccellente. Ci auguriamo si risolvi quanto prima, non verrà sicuramente preso in considerazione per la prossima volta.

Prenotato per un weekend, arriviamo e il ragazzo alla reception ci riferisce che non funziona il climatizzatore nelle camere, problema esistente da circa una settimana e, pur sapendo, hanno continuato ad accettare prenotazioni. Incompetenza e zero professionalità. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Pessimi … ho pernottato ed il giorno successivo sono uscito da hotel mi sono poi accorto dopo ore di aver lasciato oggetto personale in stanza (certo al 100% di questo) ho chiamato chiedendo informazioni ma non ho avuto riscontro .. serietà zero!

Per una emergenza notturna va bene, le camere puzzano di legno vecchio, secondo la mia opinione, non è da 3 stelle, bisognerebbe dargli una bella mano di sanificazione e pittura, poi mancano le casseforti in camera, manca un frigo, in doccia scarsa regolabilità di acqua una volta viene fredda poi calda , servizio bar scarso, potrebbe essere più allegra la mattina, in più funziona solo per colazione, durante il giorno e fuori servizio. Comunque si potrebbe migliorare di tanto. 75 euri a notte non li vale. Magari con una bella rimodernata e un buon servizio forse potrebbe arrivare veramente a 3 stelle.
