My first love at 17...I remembered this lovely, cosy and welcoming family-friendly hotel. Owned by what I have always considered the ideal family. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, polite, professional and warm. The beach is accessed through a carpet of beneficial algae and the water is transparent, with silky sand and heartwarming views: a magic spell of boats and rocks ever so relaxing and dreamy. The beach bar offers refreshments and light lunch options as well as the typical Italian confectionary gelati. I had a lovely fresh tuna tramezzino- sandwich and 80's style paprika crisps. Umbrellas and sunbeds are arranged for hotel guests on the hotel's private beach, which was beautifully kept in July 2022 as in 1987. There is the option to book meals in the hotel and my friend and I had a dinner which was varied, complete and very good value. Breakfast was also very nice with fresh fruits, a selection of juices, savoury and sweet foods and freshly made coffees on request. Andrea at the reception was a real gentleman with kind sparkly eyes and very helpful. The Lady of the house takes care of the gorgeous plants, beautiful flowers and guests with a lovely smile, charm and perfect English conversation. I love the vintage look of the hotel decor ( treasures of painting, art and jewellery scattered in the reception area) and the classic style of the comfortable bedrooms. The complementary courtesy sewing kit is always a very useful, and classy touch. The hotel has been fully refurbished and conserved the timeless class and style we know and love. Thank you so very much for a lovely welcome. I hope to visit again, very soon.

Nous avons apprécié nos trois nuits passées dans cet hôtel. L’accueil est très très gentil. L’hôtel est une sorte d’hôtel familial, à la décoration un peu vieillotte certes mais on se sent bien accueillis. Les vrais gros plus de l’hôtel sont la proximité de la plage et la piscine « olympique », à 29°, quasiment que pour nous (nous avons tout de même assister à un cours d’aquagym pour les gens du quartier, ce qui nous avait fait beaucoup rire en y participant). Le petit déjeuner est peut-être un peu simple, mais encore une fois l’accueil et le service sont adorables. Nous avons dîné au restaurant une fois, repas simple mais efficace.

hotel molto simile ad un villaggio per famiglie,piscina veramente ENORME e bellissima!!!! con tanto di ombrelloni e sdraierete ad uso di tutti! spiaggia a 15 m dalla piscina,acqua cristallina e sabbiamo morbida,c’è anche un chiosco bar per tutti. unica pecca forse un po’ troppa gente dopo un certo orario….proprio per questo apprezzatissima la piscina..praticamente sempre vuota o comunque talmente grande che non si percepisce l’affluenza. camere un po’ datate,darei un tocco di modernità,anche solo magari nella biancheria da letto…nota di merito però al bagno,molto moderno e nuovo. colazione a buffet buona,diverse proposte salate anche preparate al momento su richiesta (buonissime le uova strapazzate con il bacon e le pizzette di sfoglia) forse avrei preferito anche qualcosa di dolce preparato al momento (tipo pancake) ma resta comunque abbondante nelle proposte! ma la cosa che davvero ci ha fatto innamorare di questo posto è il personale e l’atmosfera che si respira,ci siamo veramente sentiti a casa. abbiamo parlato con altri ospiti che ci hanno raccontato le loro esperienze negli anni in questo posto. personale veramente veramente gentile,vi ringraziamo tutti per la vostra premurositá (anche solo nel assicurarsi che avessimo acqua in camera per la notte) e i consigli per la cena. ci siamo già immaginati lì con tutta la nostra famiglia…e stiamo già organizzando per l’anno prossimo! stavolta però…una settimana intera almeno..perché merita più di 2 giorni!!!! ancora grazie mille a tutti❤️

Posizione strategica dell’hotel rispetto alla spiaggia, camere pulite e bagni nuovi. Il nostro è stato un viaggio prenotato da agenzia e tutti si sono lemrari della penuria delle porzioni del cibo a cena, davvero risicate, benché ci fosse stato detto che era un punto forte. Il csmbiato è stato motivato con il cambio del cuoco…. Sempre se si va con agenzia, non si ha diritto al posto in prima fila. Peccato

Spiaggia con alghe che si accatastano lungo la costa, nella spiaggia dell’hotel non viene nemmeno passato il rastrello per ripulire la sabbia … Arredo dell hotel assai datato, climatizzazione “ad ore stabilite dalla direzione” , colazione non internazionale (no bacon no uova no latte freddo.

La posizione dell'Hotel è ottima lontano da rumori, vicinissima alla spiaggia Grande, la stanza pulitissima con vista mare favolosa. L'accoglienza dei proprietari e dei collaboratori ottima, in particolare la disponibilità e la gentilezza di Andrea eccelente.
